Lalonde went out if his way to fix my hot tub, and provided me with exceptional service. Even though it's not his main trade, he still very knowledgeable on hot tubs and resolved all issues efficiently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Very satisfied with Lalonde. They installed our tankless hot water heater and furnace at our cabin. Have been very quick in responding to service needs. Highly recommend them.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Twice now I have wound up, with Colorado's temperamental cold snaps, with no heat in my house. The first time it was about 11° outside, Tom came over within about 20 minutes, with a new thermostat and fixed us right up.

The second time, it went from 66 to about 33 in one night. The igniter on my furnace went out. Dustin and Tom came over within an hour, got a part from Denver and again, made my house available. If you guys are looking for a friendly customer service, quick response times and a knowledgeable crew, I would highly suggest getting a hold of this heating and cooling company when you are in need of assistance.

Amazing service!! I called early one morning because I was without heat in my apt. They came to service my heater Saturday a.m., found the parts that day, and returned Sunday to fix it. He even brought me a heater to use until mine was repaired. Such an amazing company to go above and beyond for me and my daughter to stay warm. Thank you Tom.

Completely impressed and satisfied with the job they did for me , Tom the owner spent about an hour and a half explaining everything to me In words I could understand. Dustin and Billy showed up the next day and had my new boiler installed and took less than two days!

I highly recommend Lalonde. He installed my original furnace. My furnace quit working and I had someone else look at it as a recommendation. The other company said it couldn't be fixed and quoted me 12K for a new furnace. I called Lalonde on a Sunday. He and two employees came to St Mary's to look at my furnace on Monday. In a very short time they fixed my furnace for a few hundred dollars. I've had this furnace that Lalonde installed for 19 years. When the time comes for a new furnace I will use Lalonde. He quoted me $7800.

Another shout out to Lalonde. My furnace went out and Billy came to Saint Marys and realized that my propane burners weren't working properly. He showed me how the 2nd burner had very little output. Billy ordered the 4 blowers and came out and replaced them. Billy is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Again, I recommend this service as

Tom Lalonde and his crew are the best!! Lalonde plumbing provided us with exceptionally high-quality service in doing our plumbing and electrical work. Going above and beyond from beginning to end they took care of every detail bringing our old Victorian house up to code. Prices are reasonable and they warranty their work. Highly recommended them! They didn't even charge us for travel time. They worked during a blizzard to replace the furnace, and later added a tankless water heater. Tom is up to date on all the plumbing/heating products, and energy efficiency alternatives.
