Electrical feedback from Indian Hills residents

1st time working with Colorado Native Electric and we were extremely pleased. Polite, communicative and reasonable. We will definitely hire this company again!

Donlin and Evan came out to help us out with some electrical work. They were both professional, showed up on time, did high quality work, cleaned up with they were complete and all at the same time as charging a fair price for their efforts. If we have future electrical needs, they will be the first people we call! Thanks for your help!

I needed a quick response and they came through for me. Prompt reply and communication, quick diagnosis and repair. A pleasure to work with.

Excellent work, friendly service and willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. We are satisfied with the electrical work these guys provided.

The owner and employees of this company are so friendly and do a fantastic job! We hired CNE to do the lighting in our kitchen remodel and also to install a new ceiling fan in our family room with a very high ceiling. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work CNE completed. We plan to always hire them for any electrical needs we have in the future!

I had an emergency when the electricity to my well pump went out and I was desperate. Donlin came out immediately and sorted through the mess of wiring that had been the previous home owners DIY project and got things back up the same day! He was so kind and professional and I am ever so grateful. I will be using Colorado Native Electric for all my future electrical needs!

June 2024 Co Native Electric installed Siemens Panel, replace Meter housing, and ran 50Amp 240V line to garage for later installation of charging station. They were excellent. Did 1/2 payment at job start and balance when Jeffco Inspection was final. Matt & Zack did the installation and were very good - answered my many questions. Dolin stopped by many times to check on progress. Power was off for 1st day only. 2nd day attached ground to main water outlet and ran 40Amp line. Jeffco Inspector notified Xcel to reactivate meter.
-
I HIGHLY recommend Donlin and Colorado Native Electric. Timely, professional, wealth of knowledge, and overall great to work with!

Frequently asked questions
-
Is GigoPro free to use?
Yes. Browsing businesses, reading reviews, and comparing electricians is free for everyone. Business owners can create a basic listing at no cost.
-
How do you verify businesses on GigoPro?
Every profile goes through moderation before it appears in search. We check that the business is real, actively operating, and actually performs the work it claims. For regulated trades like electrical work, we look for proper licensing, and we automatically hide inactive listings.
-
How do I choose the right electrician?
Start with ratings and recent reviews, then confirm the company is licensed and insured for your specific type of work. Contact two or three providers, ask for written estimates, and compare what each quote includes, not just the bottom line.
-
Can I list my business on GigoPro?
Yes. Create a free business profile to reach local customers searching for your category. You can update services, photos, and contact details anytime, and customers can book you directly from your profile.
-
How often is the directory updated?
Business owners update their own profiles. Our team also refreshes hub pages and removes inactive listings to keep search results current. For example, this page is reviewed and updated monthly.
-
Do I need a permit for electrical work?
Most significant electrical work — new circuits, panel upgrades, rewiring, and solar installations — requires a permit and inspection in most jurisdictions. A licensed electrician handles the permit process and schedules the inspection. Ask about permits before you book.
-
How do I know if my panel needs an upgrade?
Common signs include breakers that trip often, adding major loads (EV charger, solar, heat pump, new kitchen), or still having a fuse box or a 100-amp panel. A licensed electrician can assess your panel and load capacity in a visit.
-
Are electricians on GigoPro licensed and insured?
Electrical work is regulated in every state. Ask each electrician for their license number and proof of insurance before work begins. Professional companies expect these questions and answer them without hesitation.
-
How much does electrical service cost?
Costs vary by job type, region, and complexity — there is no honest single number. Reputable electricians give written estimates after assessing the job, and comparing two or three of them is the best way to understand what your work should cost.
-
Can I leave a review after booking through GigoPro?
Yes. After your job is done, you can rate the electrician and describe your experience. Verified reviews from recent jobs help the next homeowners in your city choose well — and keep listed professionals at their best.
