Reviews of local pros in Johnstown, Colorado

Great overall experience. Quick response to my online request, quick to get my project scheduled, good communication throughout and our electrician Devin was fantastic, arrived early. Walked through gameplan with me and made sure I had everything setup and working before he left including teaching me how to use. Great experience.

MAC Electric Company installed my EV charger circuit as part of a Qmerit service. The team at MAC was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. On the day of installation, Zach and Joe did a fantastic and clean job of routing the conduit from our electrical breaker all the way around to our garage. They even installed a hook onto which to loop the excess charger cable.

I was paired with Mac Electric by Qmerit for an EV outlet install that was covered by promotion from GM. I don't usually go through middlemen for jobs like this, but having Qmerit select the installer on my behalf was a requirement of the promotion, so I went along with it, and I have to say I couldn't have picked a better installer if I had picked the installer myself.

This company was AWESOME. Special shoutout to Courtney, who helped me get the initial quote reworked so that I'd get the maximum benefit of the promotion. Thank you, Courtney! The installation crew was friendly and punctual, got the job done quickly, and it was done so well that the city inspector even said it was "beautiful". I would hire this company for future electrical work anytime, even if I didn't have to :). They were absolutely fantastic!

I love working with the team at Mac. I’ve had them install and service an EV charger as well as run a sub panel in my basement. They are both professional and personable!

Very impressive work and top notch people! They were able to come early, help me with decisions , install the charger, and do cleanup after. Best experience ever.

We just had MAC install a Level 2 home charger and they were fantastic to work with. The office team was quick and easy to communicate with and the electricians who completed the work were professional, fast, and courteous. Highly recommend!

Note: Our install was covered by Chevy through their Qmerit partnership. If you are in Colorado and Qmerit assigns you another electrician, I'd highly recommend asking Qmerit to assign MAC instead, they do great work and make the process seamless!

This company was very professional and did a great job. They finished ahead of schedule. The two employees were very kind and communicative. I was very impressed with how streamlined the process was with them.

We are extremely happy with the installation of our home EV Charging Station that was completed by MAC Electric! The installers, Devin and Lage, did an outstanding job. They were both extremely professional and courteous. We would definitely recommend MAC Electric to anyone looking to install an at home EV Charger.

Fantastic experience! Crew was professional and highly competent and knocked it out, communicated, cleaned up, etc. well deserved 5 stars and highly recommend! They did a tesla powershare and charger + 14-50 circuit….reasonably complex job! Thank you MAC Electric!

I've been very pleased with MAC electric! They were very knowledgeable, very punctual, polite, helpful, and an all-around pleasure to work with. Josh and Zach performed the install, were thorough, cleaned up, and really knew their stuff. The office team were also great to work with for coordination purposes, etc.

I'm a fan of MAC Electric and plan to use them for any future electrical needs I may have. I encourage anyone reading this to consider them!

Excellent install. They came early and finished early. Two very nice guys, professional, knowledgeable, and they cleaned up afterwards. They made sure everything worked properly before they left. I highly recommend their services.

Installed our EV charger in the garage. Scheduling, contact before the appointment and follow up were all really smoothy. They did great work, were super fast, and everything is neat. Will definitely use again if we need more electrical work done.

MAC Electric was amazing to work with, their guidance and expertise shined through at every step. Highly recommend.

MAC Electric completed a very large job for us with excellence and responsiveness. The finished product of their work is outstanding. Their crew is professional and friendly.

Mac Electric did a nice job. They were on time, polite and efficient. They answered my questions and left no mess.

We love Mac Electric! Thank you for all the wonderful work you’ve done for us!

The guys were quick, professional, and did a phenomenal job. Very happy with the experience from start to finish.

MAC Electric handled the install of my Tesla Homeshare Charging Portal. They made the process very easy and did a great job with the install. Everything was completed in half a day.

Mac electric is a very professional company! Their administration and office are very efficient with scheduling and communicating. The technicians that installed my EV charger at my house did a great job. I really appreciated the work that Devon and Hunter completed for me!

I had a great experience working with Mac Electric in January 2025. They installed my new Ford level 2 charger for my electric van. They drove far, in a snow storm, and working diligently throughout the day to install it (despite some placement complications they had to work around as well as snow falling outside). They were kind and courteous and walked me through my options and their plan. They also handled the city permit for the project. I would definitely work with them again!

Mitch installed my Ford EV charger and did a great job and, in a timely matter! Good communication from the office to the technician
