If I rate a company 5 stars, they have to be outstanding and Yost got 5 stars. I have had other cleaning companies and Yost is the best. The ladies that clean my house are so pleasant and always do a great job. I have high standards especially for the bathroom. They always take special care to make sure it passes my inspection. I really like that they do a walk through with me after cleaning to ensure everything is done to my satisfaction. So happy I found them!

Yost cleaning has helped us get our duplex ready to rent several times. Sometimes it’s a challenge, but they always do a good job.

The initial clean with Yost was great. Shortly after we decided to end services with them due to cleanings being rushed and not done well. They broke our fan switch and ruined $100 picture and did nothing to compensate for it. They instead blamed my dogs. Where the photo is hanging it is impossible that my dogs would do this to it. I would also think there would be a lot more damage if it was a dog. We’ve had this photo for a few years now and nothing has ever happened to it. But because I don’t have proof and can’t run back cameras she is going to say her cleaners had nothing to do with it. I understand things happen but it’s the lack of accountability that is the issue. Andrea is one of the owners and talks in a very condescending tone. She has an excuse for everything. I have cameras in all entry points of my home. If you hire this company I would recommend having cameras in every room. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

This lady was supposed to come clean my mom‘s house, called her an hour before her scheduled appointment and canceled on her told her she can’t clean her house that day , or at all in the future instead of being professional and letting her know ahead of time because apparently her workers have carpal tunnel and migraine headaches she’s very unprofessional and rude I would not recommend her to anybody.

I highly recommend Common Sense Kleaning service. Their attention to detail, affordable rates, punctuality and loyalty is refreshing when our family schedule is constantly changing.

Heard this company was under new ownership and wanted to give them another try. It was so worth it. They are very responsive and professional. Definitely will be recommending them to everyone.
