I was recommended to use Agile Plumbing & HVAC by local specialty appliance store for an installation. Attempted to contact this company seven time by phone with voicemails and texts without a single response. Do not use this company.

Brian is great to work with. He actually returns calls and messages. He is honest, reliable and does great work. I’ve never been disappointed, highly recommend his HVAC services.

Brian is honest and truly takes care of his customers. We have used him several times and won't call anyone else for our plumbing and HVAC needs. So good to know we have someone we can trust.

I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review for Agile Plumbing & HVAC, as I've been working with Brian for several years now and cannot say enough great things about him. We live in one of those fun houses where everything is built in a very strange way, and the plumbing is a bit of a mess to say the least.

Brian has fixed a spigot at the front of our house, installed a new spigot out back, fixed a leak in our ceiling on two different occasions/locations, and most recently came out to fix a pressure issue in our plumbing we only discovered after the expansion tank on our water heater blew off.

He's always great to work with, willing to go out of his way to come down to us even though we are not in the usual proximity, and is nothing but professional, helpful, etc. I would refer Brian to anyone that needs a great plumber, and although we've never used his services for HVAC, I can all but guarantee he's stellar at that too. Thanks for all you do Brian!

Brian is great! Our 18 year old water heater failed (on a weekend, of course) and Brian had a new one installed the same day. And he charged a reasonable rate - within about $100 of what I expected to pay for a scheduled replacement.

Agile got the manufacturer of our old furnace to honor their warranty. We got a new furnace and only paid for labor. Brian provides excellent service and knows his stuff. He's made a few house calls over the years. Always prompt and professional. Trustworthy. Definitely recommend.

My realtor recommended Brian and I had him come out to give a second opinion on replacing my furnace. He ran more tests than my first guys, and let me know that the issue that had been called out was just surface level and I have a lot of life left in my furnace! Really appreciated his honest opinion (and saving me a replacement!) and I’ll definitely choose to work with him in the future.

Jacob W serviced my AC unit and was thorough and fixed the upstairs unit to get the cool air flowing and more efficient. Immediate success. He did great work for a fair price, and I'd recommend H&M accordingly.

Excellent service from Jacob W! He took his time to explain everything he was doing for maintenance and even took pictures to review things. He was on time in our scheduled time window and very courteous. 100% will work with H&M mechanical again!

My wife & I had a very good experience with H&M. Our hot water heater was on the fritz & Orlando was able to diagnose & fix the problem quickly without asking us to buy a bunch of extra parts we didn’t need. Additionally, he called earlier in the day to offer us an earlier spot in the cue due to a cancellation. He could’ve used that time for a coffee break but he didn’t. Try ‘em out!

H&M Mechanical service was great, the technician Jacob W. arrived promptly, properly analyzed the 3 issues on the boiler heating unit, explained what he was going to do, and delivered ! Very professional and excellent workmanship ! Thank you ... Paul E.

Jacob W with H&M mechanical did a great job diagnosing and solving a problem that several other companies were not able to solve. He was extremely thorough and now our system of 10 years is running like it’s brand new. Highly recommend Jacob and H&M Mechanical!

Excellent service from Jacob—-my landlady needed someone to come out and fix my heater. He was here exactly when he said he’d be and finished the job in under 15 minutes! Super awesome customer service and really professional. I hope she sticks with them in the future!

Jacob W. did a great job at both cleaning my furnace, but also solving problems i have had due to wasps getting into the furnace. I use H&M Mechanical when ever I need help and they are always timely and charge reasonable prices.

Jacob W. was the service technician who came out to service our furnace. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain his observations and the work he had done. He has helped us in past and does outstanding work.

Jacob W Came and fixed my heat, which had been out for a couple days. He was courteous, professional, and prompt. He actually had the repair part I needed on his truck! That level of proficiency and preparation cut hours to days off down time for my heat. I will be calling back and asking for him, I recommend you do as well.

My Lennox furnace started to make an unusual sound and the furnace seemed to come on too frequently. H&M scheduled a service call very promptly, Jacob was the technician who responded, and he listened carefully to my concerns. He thoroughly checked the furnace, and identified the part that needed to be replaced. He also answered a number of questions I had about the system. I found Jacob to be personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

Refreshing...Did not try to upsell me into a service contract or a new furnace when I clearly do not need one, but if I do, I will contact H&M Mechanical of Lafayette. Mason, the technician, could not have been better!

H and M Mechanical has always provided me with great service. Just had them back for a boiler / heating issue and our technician Orlando fixed it in absolutely no time. He also was great at explaining the issue and showed me exactly how he was resolving it. Highly recommend.
