Brian left our house worse than he found it.
We hired Brian based on a recommendation to fix a leak in our master shower. Although his pricing was high, we needed the leak fixed and agreed to move forward.
He completed his work and indicated that, although he had fixed the issue, the shower would continue to leak after use for 30-60 seconds and then dry up.
Quite the contrary, the leak was 3x as bad as when he started the project and continued profusely. When we contacted Brian to return to complete the job for which we had paid, he indicated that he was booked out two weeks.
We hired another contractor, who fixed the issue (for 1/2 the price that Brian charged). When we requested a refund from Brian for leaving us in a worse position than when we originally hired him, he refused, sending several texts messages blaming us for the recurring leak.
We would not hire Brian or his company in the future.

Brian helped us with our washer/dryer venting issues. He was very thorough and even helped us with some other plumbing issues we were having. He's very knowledgeable and reasonable.
