Dymtro with Dnipro Appliance was fabulous. He diagnosed the problem on our dishwasher and got it fixed the next day a Saturday!. This program that is helping Ukrainians is also really helping us in Colorado. Finding an appliance repair person/company who is not only well priced but knowledgeable and quick to respond these days is pretty tough. The people answering the phone took the information got things organized it was really great service I can't thank you enough.

My LG washing machine stopped draining and stuck in the middle of the cycle. A technician came out the same day, had the necessary part on hand, and repaired the washer within an hour

Friendly and helpful service. Flexible with scheduling two repairs in our kitchen. One of the parts was tricky to identify for one of the repairs, but they maintained clear communication and got it taken care of.

An appliance repair company with ALL 5 start reviews seems unreal, but they live up to every star. Dmytro came today (on a Saturday AM) and was on time, professional, polite, friendly and knew what he was doing. He disassembled the stove quickly and efficiently, fixed one of the problems and thoroughly explained the other to me. Part ordered and he will be back as soon as it's in to fix. He reassembled, cleaned up and left without a trace of mess. Such a professional job and incredibly personable. Service like this is rare these days. Highly, highly recommend this company if you need appliance repairs, especially Dmytro. Will update again and add photo once all is fixed! Thank you, Dnipro + Dmytro!

They responded quickly. Tech came out the next day and was able to diagnose and fix our dryer. Pricing was fair. Tech was very courteous and i will definitely use them again if I need repair.

While the repair to our dishwasher was completed, to process to get there was aggravating at best. We were quoted over $350 for replacement of our dishwasher drain pump and a small u-bend connector at the back. Online and at appliance parts stores these items came to a max total of less than $100, but when we asked for an itemized quote the company refused to give one. They claimed both items came to over $200. The repairman was here less than an hour to do this repair.

The woman at reception was rude, brusque and unhelpful. We ended up paying because we were desperate but we won't be using this company again. They are overpriced and rude. I recommend you go somewhere else!

Constantine was very professional, friendly, on time and explained quickly where my issue was coming from in my freezer. His knowledge was impressive& he made it easy to understand a lot about my appliance's workings. Also, any question l had was received kindly which was another bonus because l am curious always about a part & it's operating needs.

Jim was the repairman's name. He was here on time and diagnosed the issue within a few minutes. They ordered the part and he was back a couple days later and replaced the part quickly and the fridge is running again and cooling like it should. Great work and very timely. I would definitely use them again.

Amazing service! Our Whirpool oven wasn’t heating, and the technician quickly diagnosed the issue. He was very polite and explained everything in detail. Came back the next day with the original part and fixed it fast. Oven works perfectly now!

Truly amazing service, I called because my freezer stopped working and my freezer was full. Dnipro came the same day and diagnosed and repaired my freezer. I highly recommend them.. Thank you kindly for providing excellent service..

Jimmy was great! He came on a Sunday afternoon with no advance notice. He diagnosed the problem with my washer in less than five minutes, and had the whole thing fixed, tested, and up and running in less than an hour. What a relief!!!

I had not heard of this company before I saw them listed on google and noted all the 5 star reviews. They have certainly earned the high ratings they get. The tech was responsive, quick, honest, and the prices were totally reasonable. The dishwasher repair they completed for me was quick and efficient. They are my new go to for appliance repair!

Their technician was incredibly kind, explained the issue, and repaired it right away. It’s rare to find service this honest and reliable. My GE Cafe Dishwasher stopped working due to a leak. I was kind of skeptical of even attempting to fix it since I haven't had much success with appliance repair in the past. But I called these guys and they were able to fix my dishwasher for way less than buying a new one (just needed some new hose connections + a new motor.) I will definitely call them in the future!

They arrived the same day, the technician quickly diagnosed my LG washing machine, explained the whole problem to me, and fixed it the same day. Excellent experience, I Will definitely contact them again!
