We recently hired Greenhouse Contracting/Juan for a complete home renovation in a mid century house that hadn't been updated much from the time it was built. From project planning to completion, Juan and his team were incredibly to work with.

The quality of their work speaks for itself, however, it was the customer service from Juan and all of his team that made our experience so great. Each and every interaction with Juan and his crew was thoughtful and pleasant. Creating dialogue more of friends than clients.

I hired Tod and Derek to install cabinets, fabricate and install granite, re-texture my ceiling and many walls around my condo. They did a great job and made sure to correct any issues. They also gave me some painting advice and a paint discount. You can trust them to finish the job right.

These guys built me a 700sf workshop/garage. I thought the permitting process would be a pain but they got it in a few weeks. As soon as the concrete was ready the whole thing was done in about 5 days. Good company to work with.

We had Vertical come out and install two steel beams in our basement.

Pricing: transparent pricing start to finish. Shared invoices received for parts throughout the entire process and did not add any additional markup to what he paid for parts.

Workmanship: professional, fast, and clean. He scheduled our work within a week, showed up on time, and completed the work as discussed.
