Our roof replacement experience was excellent. From the first encounter to the final sign off, everyone we interacted with was professional, considerate and up front. I had one area of concern on the replaced roof I pointed out to the roofer and he immediately replaced the whole section again.
I am very pleased with 1derful and would (and have) referred them to others.

We had a horrible hail storm, which knocked out most of the roofs in our neighborhood. Dave, the 1Derful rep, did a great job with our account. He worked with our insurance company to get us a brand new roof, and had a crew working on it in no time at all. The workmanship was second to none, and Dave and 1Derful were professional and responsive during the entire engagement.

This company does not meet their promised deadlines. Curt the project manager hauled off an entire covered trailer of extra materials not used but ordered under our insurance claim. We also had to clean up the yard since the job (which took twice the amount of promised time) was not finished until the night before our open house on the sale of this home. Also, the failed inspection sheet was removed from the sleeve on the window...but, I was able to get all inspections reports over the internet. Then, when this company gave me the file bill, they demanded payment within 24 hours with the threat of attaching a lien on the home we were trying to sell!!! We were never late on any prior payments....they are not reasonable!

1derful roofing is swift, professional, and friendly. They really treated me as a friend, they worked with me through my claim when I was unsure. I thought that I was going to have to pay out of pocket for my roof, but they walked me through the claim process and it really was painless. If your looking for a personable, reliable, honest contractor I highly recommend 1derful Roofing and Restoration!!!

1-Derful Roofing did an excellent job on my father's roof replacement. As this was an estate situation, they also demonstrated great patience in working between the insurance company, HUD and myself. They did everything they could to help reduce the stress in lite of he situation. Thanks Curt for all your help!

Do not use this company. They completed the work on the house I purchased two years ago. Having the roof redone was part of the sale. I did not choose them. The company was out three separate times to get the roof pass inspection from the city, and fix leaks. The roof still leaks and I have had to have another company out to repair their work, who stated "whoever did this clearly does not know how to seal a flat roof". In one visit the problem was fixed. The company never responded to my phone calls or emails about the matter.

Our house was damaged in a hail storm that wrecked houses all over our area in May 2017. This was our first time making a claim with our insurance company, and from the get-go, Josh was extremely helpful in explaining the process. To begin with we knew we had some underlying issues with the roofing over our garage that we feared were going to be problematic. Josh and the 1-derful crew went the extra mile, by far, and took care of it all! We considered using another roofing company, initially, but we are so happy we went with with whom we did. Our house looks awesome and the process was painless, even considering the severity of some of the issues that needed to be dealt with. We HIGHLY recommend 1-derful team if you are in the market for any roofing needs. Thanks again Josh for going above and beyond.

Leah and Jeff did a great job, working with us to be sure the new roof was finished within the month between the massive hail storm and the closing of our house (that had already been inspected before the storm!) This was particularly impressive considering the sheer volume of work they must have been dealing with after the most expensive natural disaster in Colorado history! They were also great in terms of helping us understand how the process was going to work with our insurance company and with the two banks that held our 1st & second mortgages.

I was very impressed with everything. Ken the Project Manager walked me thru the entire process and I felt very lucky to have such an honest and knowledgeable Company working on my home. The laborers that did the work were extremely courteous and well organized. They cleaned up after themselves as if no one had been there working. I will be recommending 1-Derful Roofing & Restoration to everyone I know. They were fantastic.

I've had to deal with my fair share of service providers since becoming a homeowner and let me tell you that they all are not always reliable! It makes the stressful job of fixing the house issue even more stressful when you get terrible service. That is why I am SO THANKFUL that Curt and 1-derful roofing was recommended to me to fix my roof after certain damages. Curt was professional and personable. He was there when my insurance came to inspect the roof and ensured that I understood the process and requirements to have it replaced. He took care of working with the insurance company and was on top of things when it came to scheduling and paperwork. He had warned me about the effects the roofing work would have that day (i.e. noise, debris from inside the house, internet connection, etc) so that I would be prepared. Not only did his crew do a great job, but I was so impressed with the quality of cleanup afterwards. They were so thorough in picking up debris on the ground, which is crucial since I have 2 dogs and I want to make sure they are safe from any foreign objects that could do damage to their feet. Curt's quality control inspector was very professional, taking time to hear any feedback I had (the only issue I had during this process was a couple minor situations with the folks who installed the gutters, and he said he will follow up). I'm so glad I was connected with professionals who understand the importance of quality work and customer satisfaction.

Nice people but I would not recommend this company. It took 7 months to get our roof done, on a small home, and we work from home so this was awful. To be fair, we have solar panels and there was a manufacturer issue with the shingles, but it was not something our roofer even noticed. We found the issue, had to push to get them to come and check it out and we kept the project moving. They "lost" emails, texts, claimed not to get phone calls. All very poor business handling. Multiple failed inspections by the city. Within the first few weeks the roof was done we had unsolicited roofers ask if we needed a new roof, that is how nice the end product was. Big bummer.

We worked with Curt three times in the past year. New roof and gutters, devastating hail storm and then another new roof and gutters on our house, and then a new roof on another home. Every experience has been amazing, easy and 1-derful roofing did all the hard work with the insurance companies. We highly recommend these folks for all your exterior needs.

I worked with Dave Schwartz at 1-derful Roofing for replacement of a section of flat roof that was leaking in my home in Park Hill. Dave was easy to work with and is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job in explaining what needs to be done and why. His work is meticulous and reasonably priced. Dave also helped me with a property that we were selling that had hail damage that we were unaware of. He inspected the roof and met with the insurance adjuster on short notice to make sure that they did not miss any of the damage to the roof and stucco. We were not able to use him for the repairs for this property because of the short time to closing. His work was highly professional and instrumental in facilitating the sale of the property. He was glad to help even though he did receive any compensation for his efforts. Dave Schwartz and 1-derful Roofing have my enthusiastic recommendation.

1-derful Roofing has been great & very professional starting from the original hail damage roof replacement 3-4 years ago. We've called them back for minor warranty-type work 3 or 4 times since the original job, the most recent being this month. Each time they investigated & fixed the problem/issue for no additional cost under their roof warranty, most recently repainting our entire vaulted ceiling. I don't remember all the names of the great workers, but Kirby in the office was the one who most recently coordinated the repair/repainting. She was, pardon the pun, WONDERFUL!

Dave did a great job of finding problems after our hail storm that our insurance adjuster completely missed. He was able to get $10,000 in additional repairs covered. 1-Derful Roofing completed the roof in one day and it looks great. The roofing teams attention to detail was excellent and they even did some extra things for us to protect the siding that our last roofer did not do. The following day was a holiday and I looked out and found Dave going over every inch of the yard with a magnetic roller to make sure no nails were left behind. Highly recommend these guys due to the extra effort they put in to quality repairs.
