I would not recommend Firefly Electric Services based on my experience. Initially, they scheduled my appointment three weeks out, and I arranged my schedule and took time off work to be home for the service.

On the day of the appointment, they called and said they didn’t have anyone available and needed to reschedule for the following week. The same thing happened again — they called and said they still didn’t have a technician available and the soonest appointment would now be another month out.

This was extremely unprofessional and very frustrating, especially after I had already rearranged my schedule and taken time off work. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Top notch men who did a great job. A credit to the Company. Would definitely use again. Steven and Matthew were great.

Both Jordan and Curtis were exceptionally pleasant people to be around and incredibly knowledgeable. They were efficient and took great care and hanging my six light fixtures and three large pictures in my stairwell. They came prepared and were on time. I felt as though customer satisfaction was of most important to both of them. I would highly recommend using Tessla electric and requesting these technicians. I am beyond pleased with the results and could not ask for more patient and thorough people to take care of my very expensive lights.

Great experience working with Carlos. He did amazing work installing all new light fixtures throughout the my home. Will definitely be calling with any other electrical work that needs to be done in the future!

Joseph and his staff were very professional and did a great job. Responded back to me anytime I had a question or comment for them.

Joe saved me from spending +$4000 with AAA and was able to find and fix the problem quickly for much less $. He’s clearly a master at his craft and not interested in exploiting peoples naïveté.

We were so happy with the work done by Constant Electric. We added a sunroom and the work was done perfectly, done on time and was reasonably priced. We will call them next time we need work done. We consider Constant Electric Service our electricians!

We had a breaker that kept tripping and they Were able to find the issue causing it, not just coming out and replacing the breaker as previous electricians. Nathan, the technician was very professional and thorough.

Constant Electric Service was great! I talked to a bigger Electrical company regarding my broken outlet. The bigger company came out, didn't even look at the broken outlet and told me I needed to re-wire my whole house for several thousand dollars. I called Constant Electric Service for a second opinion, they came out the same day, actually looked at the outlet, and fixed it in less than an hour and charged SIGNIFICANTLY less than I was quoted from the other company. Joe also took a look at the rest of my wiring and gave me actual information that was helpful and let me know that no I don't need to re-wire my whole house. I would highly recommend Constant Electric Service and will be using them for any of my future electric needs!

Joe, the owner of Constant Electric was great to work with. Flexible, personable, pleasant to work with. He wired our hot tub quickly and hid the wiring well. Very pleased with his work and would certainly recommend.

Awesome Company. I called Joe as we were re-finishing our entire basement and wanted completely new wiring as the old wiring was 1 not safe 2 old and 3 there was really no good lighting or outlets. They pulled all the old wiring as well. Joe had Nate complete the job from start to finish and I cannot say enough good things about Nate. Nate was very good with our dogs, kept us informed on the work he was doing and when he was doing it and worked around the projects that I was doing. In total they installed and wired roughly 12 outlets and 19 lights and rewired out sprinkler box into a new room. it looks amazing. All for a great price. Nate was a pleasure to be around and Constant electric will be my go to for any electrical needs in the future.

Absolutely phenomenal!! We were SO pleased with the service provided by Joe and Nate as they exceeded our expectations in every way. Nate did such an amazing job helping us with our electrical issues in our garage - very quick, efficient, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
