I picked CHS for their 5-star reviews and I was not disappointed. I met them on the phone, they were able to look my house up and give me an online quote, without coming to my home. I had texted follow up questions and they were answered quickly and concisely. They installed 3 sun tubes, and I have never been happier with the new lighting in my home. They also coordinated with my roofing company and came out same day as the roofers and worked with them to get my tubes installed as the roofers removed all the old roof. It coordinated well and worked out well. Jordan and Eddie were fabulous installers, nice and courteous. Nate kept me updated all the way. If I ever need their services again, I will call and trust in them. The lighting in the hallway is unbelievably fantastic. I keep thinking I need to turn the light off and I don't. Thanks, CHS for everything!

Nick, the installer from Colorado home services arrived and got straight to work installing a Quietcool whole house fan, He was thorough he explained everything that he was going to do. He worked very efficiently and quickly. He finished the job quicker than was anticipated. I believe it was 2 1/2 to three hours would definitely recommend their installing service to anybody needing work.

Carl, Daniel, and other electricians did an excellent job upgrading our electrical panel. I needed additional circuits for a new heat pump system and water heater. They worked well in conjunction with the other contractors. Scheduled times of arrival were well communicated. All workers were very polite and personable. They even repaired a GFI outlet that suddenly went out while they were doing the upgrades. I highly recommend Colorado Home Services and would contact them again for any future services.

David and Kotah just left my house and they did an amazing job. Very professional, fast and knowledgeable. As soon as they got to my house they answered all my questions and concerns.
I was getting a swamp cooler removal where it was located on the side of my house.
The swamp cooler was 15 feet off the ground. They removed it and did an amazing job patching the hole on the outside. They also patched the area in my living room where the swamp cooler came into. Not only dod they patch it. They also put in the required insulation needed.

I am very pleased with the work. They have a customer now and in the future if anything else come up regarding any home repairs or renovations.

I had my whole house fan installed in 2015, and it is still my favorite home upgrade. After 11 years, the fan still runs as well as it did the first day it was installed. It has been especially beneficial in the shoulder seasons to save on AC, clearing kitchen or other smells out of the house, or just getting fresh air in our house - an absolutely worthwhile upgrade. CO Home services was fantastic throughout the whole process, helping to identify the best location, installing additional roofing vents, extending other unrelated ducts they happened to notice while in my attic, and all the electrical work.

I had a great experience with Colorado Home Services. The process was smooth from my inital project consultation to the install. David and Daniel did a fantastic job installing solar tubes throughout my home. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. They worked efficiently and professionally, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I also appreciated how Colorado Homes Services managed to complete the project on a short notice around the holidays. I was talking with my neighbor Tim about our dogs when he started telling me about his job at Colorado Home Services and everything they have to offer. Living in a home built in the 60s there are a few upgrades I've wanted to do but really didn't know how to afford them. But he explained to me the great deals and work his company has to offer and after looking for my self Ill be getting some estimates! The reviews are great!

Dylan and his college did a fantastic job in our home today. The called before they arrived. I showed them where we wanted the attic fan installed and they got right to work. I was impressed with the installation and communication during the process, I could tell they knew what they were doing and this was like second nature to them. They cleaned up after the job was completed and showed me how to use the fan. Very good at what they do, the owner should give them both a bonus. Great job guys and I will be sending you referrals! I might also mention that I contacted numerous companies inquiring about the cool quiet fan and even left messages saying I’m ready to buy…I received no call back from the other companies I contacted. When I called Colorado Home Services, Kyle in sales answered and did a great job getting me a quote and explaining how everything works. Great job guys, keep up the great work!!
