I needed my AC unit checked out for a second opinion. I had my regular HVAC service team come out for a maintenance issue and was told I needed a new AC unit. I wanted a second opinion bc I felt that it was working. BJ came out and listened to my concerns and what the previous technician said. He checked my AC and found it was working normally. He waived the $89 dollar service fee bc there was nothing that needed serviced. I greatly appreciate his kindness, taking the time to explain to me what may have been the confusion and didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need. I will definitely call Jump HVAC in the future for my maintenance and service needs.

We knew after buying our house last year that we would need to replace the furnace and AC at some point. Our AC wasn't working the best so I reached out to Jump HVAC and BJ was able to come out right away. After realizing a simple and easy mistake (breaker was off), BJ went inside the house to look at our furnace due to our AC being so old. We were traveling out of town that week and having family and friends stay the next week so we needed to get this figured out as quickly as possible. The team also worked with us on obtaining a loan for the project. BJ and Emily were able to book an appointment for Adam and his team to come out 4 days before our friends/family were staying. Adam and his team worked hard and finished the job for us very quickly! They showed us exactly what they did and helped us understand more about the importance of getting it replaced. I highly recommend working with the Jump family - they were so personable, easy to get ahold of and made you feel comfortable. I cannot thank them enough for helping us out!!

Service was great. He found the problem and was able to explain it to us clearly. I appreciate his expertise and friendly manner. My air conditioning problem was taken care of quickly. I felt he did a great job.

We had a great experience with this company. I called at 6am when we realized our furnace wasn’t working overnight.
They promptly scheduled an appointment for that morning. BJ showed up and fixed the furnace within 10 min for a great price! So grateful to have heat again during the coldest day of the year! Thank you!

I was in a terrible bind for my restaurant AC unit went down. It was making the restaurant unbearable. We sell a cool comfortable environment to our customers as well as food . When our shop is hot its not good , we lose business. My peoblem today was handled with expertice and the job was finished in a very reasonable amount of time..

Jump HVAC and BJ were great to work with. Heater went out on a cold January morning. It was easy to schedule an appointment the same day. BJ came and was quick to identify and fix the problem. He explained everything thoroughly, and provided some tips on how to keep everything running smoothly in the future. Great service and great price.

My furnace died during a cold snap. Jump picked up the phone immediately and had someone come take a look that evening. They were able to come the very next day to replace it. The team was very nice, knowledgeable and did a great job! I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Jump HVAC came out on a Saturday morning (when it was below zero!) to help with a furnace that wasn’t working. They got it up and running quickly, and made some great recommendations for managing the furnace in the future. Just had Jim out from Jump HVAC to check on our furnace due to "short cycling". Well it took him all of 30 seconds for him to see what the problem was and the furnace was up and running smoothly in just a short time. Jim was very friendly, personable, and very good at his work. I highly recommend this company (same day service!) and will be using them again.

In the heat of summer, we were able to get a same-day appointment, and BJ quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it immediately, and even helped install a Nest thermostat. Outstanding service - highly recommend!

BJ came out less than 2 hours after our first contact to diagnose our AC issues. I appreciated his honesty and directness about the possible solutions. He did not immediately try to sell us a new unit, which most companies would. His recommended fix unfortunately did not work, and he therefore did not charge us for it.
