Jump HVAC

I needed my AC unit checked out for a second opinion. I had my regular HVAC service team come out for a maintenance issue and was told I needed a new AC unit. I wanted a second opinion bc I felt that it was working. BJ came out and listened to my concerns and what the previous technician said. He checked my AC and found it was working normally. He waived the $89 dollar service fee bc there was nothing that needed serviced. I greatly appreciate his kindness, taking the time to explain to me what may have been the confusion and didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need. I will definitely call Jump HVAC in the future for my maintenance and service needs.

We knew after buying our house last year that we would need to replace the furnace and AC at some point. Our AC wasn't working the best so I reached out to Jump HVAC and BJ was able to come out right away. After realizing a simple and easy mistake (breaker was off), BJ went inside the house to look at our furnace due to our AC being so old. We were traveling out of town that week and having family and friends stay the next week so we needed to get this figured out as quickly as possible. The team also worked with us on obtaining a loan for the project. BJ and Emily were able to book an appointment for Adam and his team to come out 4 days before our friends/family were staying. Adam and his team worked hard and finished the job for us very quickly! They showed us exactly what they did and helped us understand more about the importance of getting it replaced. I highly recommend working with the Jump family - they were so personable, easy to get ahold of and made you feel comfortable. I cannot thank them enough for helping us out!!

Service was great. He found the problem and was able to explain it to us clearly. I appreciate his expertise and friendly manner. My air conditioning problem was taken care of quickly. I felt he did a great job.
