i’ve been using unified HVAC service for a while now and couldn’t be happier with their furnace repair work. malachi and the crew have taken care of everything from regular furnace tune-ups to fixing issues, and even helped out with an emergency furnace problem at my mother-in-law’s place. the service is top-notch. the office always gets back to me quickly and handles my requests efficiently. malachi really cares about the great reputation they have built. i highly recommend them for any furnace repair or heating needs in lakewood.

Although I didn’t end up needing the services of Unified HVAC Service, I want to thank Malachi for being so quick to respond and even offering to come out on a weekend. We discussed the possible issues with my HVAC system and talked about different solutions. He was ready to help and find the best fix, which wasn’t the case with others I contacted. He always answered calls and replied to my texts right away. When searching for someone to handle HVAC repairs in Lakewood, I rely on reviews like this, and it’s clear they provide excellent service. when my daughter moved into her own house in lakewood, she knew there would be some repairs needed. she called for furnace repair, and a technician came out the next day. cameron replaced the circuit board, cleaned her furnace filters, and showed her how to take care of them since they aren’t disposable. he also checked the ac to make sure everything was working right. cameron gave her helpful information about getting a new furnace in the future and mentioned a $400 rebate was available. the technician was very kind and made sure she understood how to keep her furnace running well. we were both impressed with the honest service and fair prices. from now on, she will call them for any furnace or hvac needs!
