What a great honest family owned company! Christian did a fantastic job servicing my water heater, furnace, and AC at a great price. Christian took time to explain everything he was doing and explained the importance of maintaining each one. I truly appreciated the time he spent educating me. Cristian with Primary Heating and Cooling installed a new water heater for us in June 2025. This was follow up work after he came out for a service call to diagnose a small water leak we found on the floor near the water heater. On both occasions Cristian was friendly & professional; he worked quickly but not hurriedly and was very careful to clean up upon completing the install. Very pleased with his and the company’s work.

Christian is a very competent, pleasant, persistent tech who quickly, steadfastly found the problem & fixed it. I am adding Christian and Albert to set up an annual check on my water heater. ( It was done, thank you, Christian ).

They fixed our air conditioner at a fair price and on a Saturday. They were running late but other than that they've been wonderful but when calling about the doorbell not working after they work on the furnace they did not return my call. Turns out when they worked on one of the switches they left a wire detached. Once we read attached it or doorbell now works.

Great job by Christian on installing our new AC unit. We enjoyed his outgoing personality and Christian attitude. He cleaned the work area just as he found it and made sure everything was tested and working properly before leaving. The entire job was a pleasant experience from start to finish. We will sure want Christian to be our service tech the next time we call Primary H&C. Thank you for having employes like him on your staff.

I was buying a home while still living on the East Coast, and I needed both a new furnace and water heater. Primary Heating and Cooling got everything installed ahead of my move, and got my rooftop evaporative cooler ready to rock, as I moved into my home at the peak of summer heat. Now that things are turning cool outside, I've got no issues staying warm indoors.

Nothing has been submitted to Home Warranty yet. So we’re still without hot water. Christian said he submitted the info to Home Warranty on 9/29, but it hasn’t been done as of 10/06! We need hot water, submit asap!

Cristian was A+++++. I wish I could give him and the company 5,000 stars. It has been a very long time since I have experienced such top notch service. Everything discussed and detailed for my new water heater went exactly as stated and they replaced with the exact same high efficiency 50 gallon unit I had. Communications prior, during and after were perfection. I have already recommended and told 5 different people in the past 2 days that they need to keep this company's information on file for future needs. If only we were all so fortunate to have this high level service, speed in service, friendliness and great price (I had 3 other quotes), life would be really wonderful. I can't recommend them enough.

The problem with the bathtub faucet was not resolved and I could not get Albert to return a call to try to get it resolved. I had to turn him in to Choice Home Warranty for a no-show!!!
I will never use your company again!

Albert & Christian did an awesome job trying to repair a "leaky" bathtub faucet. Albert went the extra mile to repair the problem, worked along time on the issue and finally came uyp with the solution. Would definitely use Primary again.

very helpful and courteous went the extra mile for us. Ask to check out another issue not called in, he then checked it out got us a estimate and then got the parts needed and got us repaired. can't not praise him enough.

Albert and his team with Primary Heating and Cooling fixed my Air Conditioner in an EXCEPTIONAL manner. I had issues with a previous company assessing, recommending and completing work accurately which left me without air during the hottest months of the year. We had weeks of 100-degree weather, totally not cool. When Albert received my information, the response was timely and accurate. He got my Air Conditioner unit approved the same day and installed it within days. Their pricing was reasonable, and he explained it all in detail. I recommend Primary Heating and Cooling, hands down the best in Colorado. Albert was incredibly helpful over the phone prior to our service call. Cristian was very personable and knowledgeable regarding the issue which needed repair, going above and beyond to get the waterline issue resolved.

Horrible experience! Paid deductible for home warranty and they said they would get back to me that day to fix leaking sink. Never heard back from them. Been over two weeks. I've texted and called. They said they would call me back. Still nothing. 3 more days gone by.
Would never recommend.

Primary Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job for us. Our HVAC system quit blowing at all and luckily for us it was under warranty. The expert who came out diagnosed the problem and put in a claim for us with the warranty company that replaced the entire system. The repairman who came in once the part arrived installed it quickly and efficiently and it is working perfectly.
