We recently upgraded our home kitchen with a Vulcan commercial oven and a high-capacity True refrigerator to handle big family meals, but when the fridge stopped cooling efficiently, we needed fast help. Commercial Appliance Repair sent Larry over the next morning, and he quickly found the issue—a small refrigerant leak. He fixed it on the spot, and even gave us tips on keeping the unit in top shape.

Larry and Nikita saved the day. I will only be calling them from now on. Honest, and incredibly talented they managed to fix the wiring on our 1980s Cutler Bagel oven that no one else wanted to touch it runs better than ever. I will recommend them to all my restaurant friends!

We had a custom wine cooler installed in our home, but after a few months, it stopped maintaining the right temperature. Commercial Appliance Repair sent Nik to take a look, and he discovered a small leak and some issues with the temperature controls. He handled everything quickly, explaining exactly what he was doing, and even gave tips on how to keep it in top shape. The fact that they specialize in both commercial and residential setups is a huge plus!

Fast, friendly, and clean repair done on my commercial convection oven. They were quick with the diagnosis and the repair. Really enjoyed working with this company.

Worst experience
They came and fixed my refrigerator the first time, they said it had a leak and they welded a tube amd charged it. $780 dollars
5 days later my fridge stopped working again
Tbey came 1 day after they promised they were going to come.
They came and said it lost the freon and they said it would we another 600 dollars to fix and recharge since it was a different place where it was leaking, i refused the repair since they were supposed to chwck the while system the first time, and also they were supposed to check the system under a vaccum and they did not, they got aggressive and they were going to leave, i called the main office and spoke with mary, she said that it was up to the techs discretion, after explaining the techs i had missed an appointment and failed my health department inspection because of this they agreed to make the repair for 400 dollars exrea only because im american (theyre russian).
Not happy with the way they conduct business and they overcharge, dont give warranty and dont check their work.

I am extremely pleased with this company! Highly recommended! They are prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. Our business is Nana's Kitchen and we are located north east of Colorado Springs in Falcon, CO. The fact that they were able to travel from Denver to us in a reasonable amount of time was impressive. I requested an appointment online for repair on one of our commercial reach in refrigerators. I was contacted immediately to confirm a next day appointment. The service window was 10am-12pm. They arrived at 10:15am and within 10 minutes had diagnosed the issue. They came prepared with the tools and equipment needed and completed the repair and had it done without disruption to our daily service and all within about an hour. They provided service recommendations on some of our other equipment and were able to email me a quote as well as the invoice for services provided prior to leaving.

Fast friendly service.! Very glad I used this company from the staff scheduling to the repair person coming out everything was awesome very knowledgeable and friendly.

We have an old school rotating oven in our bakery. This team was here within an hour of calling!!! This team excelled where others had failed! We were told by other companies our oven was too old to be serviced any longer. It was just the techs not knowing how to work it!
Commercial Appliance Repair Pro team knows their stuff. They got it all fixed and thermostat replaced within an hour too! They even looked at preventative maintenance stuff while they were there and came back the next day to finish that!

I booked an appointment online on a holiday, assuming I wouldn't hear back until the following Tuesday. They emailed and called immediately to confirm the appointment. These people are absolute criminals! I had them come to repair a beer cooler at my bar. Charged me $1200.00 up front, a week later it’s still not working and they want another $1200.00. Telling me it’s a different part now that needs replacing. My other cooler also went out and wanted $4200.00 to fix it. I once again paid upfront only to have them yell at my bartender that she was in their way. They expected me to close so they wouldn’t be bothered by staff or customers. I only used them because I was desperate. But the work they’ve done was incorrect and still didn’t fix the coolers. Just had a different company come out and finally fixed everything for half of what they charged. They looked at my walk in cooler which I was originally told by this company had to be completely redone. My new repair company showed me that the condenser was just dirty. Mostly needed a good cleaning. It’s now working perfectly. The only person that speaks some English there is the receptionist. Both technicians they sent were rude and dishonest. Please do yourself a favor and avoid these criminals!

The whole process was so easy from start to finish. The dispatcher was nice, helpful and then the tech arrived - very knowledgable, very hard working. Will use them again in the future....I hope nothing will get broken anytime soon though :)
