Working with 1st Electric on a project and they are great to work with. You are all ignorant thinking that 1 employees actions represent a whole company. Hope that all of you 1 and 0 star reviewers out there have this happen to you and are showed the same lack of grace you're giving.

Judging a company off of one employees mistake is very ignorant. This is a hardworking company who fired said perpetrator as soon as they found out what happened. Trusting one angry radio personalities review because of their misfortune which had NOTHING to do with what they provide service wide is downright stupid. This company deserves more respect for the employees who keep working hard to feed their families just like the rest of us

My name is Nikki and I am the manager for Arista Uptown Apartments. We had 1st electric assist us with a repair on our community. Doug and his team were AMAZING! They were here within 5 minutes of our first call and stayed with us every step of the way. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of and in the loop through the whole process. Best electricians I have ever worked with!

Just putting my two cents in here in case you are like me and like to read reviews before hiring or buying anything. This whole situation with ONE employee and judging the company is ignorant! The company did the correct thing as soon as they found out and I can only imagine how shocked they were as we all were when hearing the news.

Great company, great response times, and workers are genuinely friendly and know their stuff. Needed their help on my residential property, and they took care of us through and through! Highly recommend to anyone needing help with practically any electrical em issue!

S Star Electric did a great job on a hot tub circuit and generator transfer switch! Instead of a quick shot in the dark number like the others, Slava got to me quickly with specific questions and provided a detailed and competitive quote. Nick and Gavin arrived on-time, knocked the job out quickly, kept it clean, and treated our home with respect. I will use these guys for any electrical needs moving forward.

We have used S Star Electric for multiple projects in our home and have been working extremely satisfied each time. Most recently, we had 6 recessed lights installed in our living room sent to 2 different switches. Patrick did fantastic work, completing the job in 5 hours and even exchanging the original lights he had brought for ones that matched our previous lights better. The cost was more than fair. I would have no qualms about using them again in the future!

Pretty awesome service! Had some major light flickering… enough to make me consider also calling a priest. Nick came out, promptly on time, explained possible causes and fixed the startling situation. 5 stars because he was super kind and educational in his explanations and he was super mindful of escape artist cats!!!

Guys came out in a timely manner to address some issues. Got everything working and still followed up after the weekend to make sure everything was still working!

Slava and the rest of the crew at S Star are the best in the business. Hands down. Their prices are fair, anytime someone has come out they are friendly and explain things as we have questions. Slava is quick to reach out about any issues or rescheduling if needed and every job they have done has been immaculate to say the least. The appointment was scheduled easily and communication was friendly. Our outlet was fixed quickly and professionally, and we haven't had any issues since.

I added some needed can lighting to the basement. They showed up on time, got right to work and took extra steps to ensure quality. I’ve already booked another project and will continue to utilize them for future needs.

Amazing company! Gavin (our tech) went above and beyond to make sure our power got back on, and with two little kids we really needed the help! I can see why this company is so highly rated, definitely recommend! If I could give them 10 stars I would!
