As a realtor, I work with many and recommend many different trades to clients and through inspection. When a recent inspection came back with numerous electrical repairs, I reached out to several different companies for a bid. Knight Electrical was by far the most responsive, prompt, proficient in what needed to be done, and reasonably priced. They pulled permits right away and completed the work within the time frame needed. They are very easy to work with and incredibly friendly. I appreciate the ongoing and open communication as well. I will be using them exclusively for all my real estate transactions moving forward!

We recently bought a house that needed new electrical outlets throughout the house, replaced an outdated, unsafe panel, and added a new 220v outlet for our wall oven. Nick did a great job and was fast given the amount of work we needed done. Will definitely be using him again when we need more projects done.

We were having weird electrical issues in our home. Kitchen lights dim when you turn on the microwave, dryer turning off mid cycle. Nick came out and saw the meter cable was not attached properly. He called Xcel on our behalf to get it replaced. Xcel came next day. Nick was great! He also checked over a dozen outlets to make sure they were working optimally! Will use him to update our electrical in the future (our home has no gfci's)

I'm impressed with Nick, he explained everything to me that needed to be done to make sure my house was up to code with it's electrical work and made me feel at ease with things. He was very fiar in his pricing. Great quality work. Would highly recommend to others.

Knight Electrical is wonderful to work with-Nick is ultra professional and responsive. He recently repaired a GFCI for me which was a negotiated repair item for a real estate transaction. He repaired the faulty outlet quickly and charged a fair rate. I have since then referred him to several other friends and clients with nothing but wonderful feedback!

He did some troubleshooting (that was dead on), put together a quote that day, and scheduled to do the work that week. Knight Electrical has done work for me at my home and my rental property. Nick is very knowledgeable and great at explaining what needs to be done. He does high quality work at a fair price. Nick has run electrical wiring in my home to rooms that that had no overhead lighting and installed new light fixtures. Nick refurbished and replaced all of the electrical outlets and light switches and made sure all of the GFCI outlets were where they should be throughout the house and garage. Nick has installed a few track lights and ceiling fans for me. I would highly recommend Knight Electrical to anyone in need of electrical work. Nick is professional, honest and reliable.
