Excellent job. Both Joe and technician Russell from Harmony Heating, Air & Electric were professional, polite, and well-informed. Russell took the time to explain the necessary AC repair work in a way that was easy for me to understand. He was tidy, wore a mask and shoe covers, and cleaned up after himself. After completing the repair, he ensured I fully understood the work he had done. He is one of the finest technicians I've ever had the pleasure of working with in Littleton. I am thoroughly satisfied with both Joe and Russell.

Joe and Taylor have visited my residence in Littleton twice to install an AC system and unit. Both are incredibly approachable individuals. Manuel did a fantastic job installing the Halo air purification system, another impressive professional. I also had the pleasure of meeting their manager, Arthur, who was equally impressive. During a routine maintenance check, it was discovered that our furnace had reached the end of its lifespan. Emmanuel was able to install a highly energy-efficient unit within a week. This new system not only operates incredibly quietly, but also features continuous fan control. We are extremely pleased with this upgrade. Although we hadn't anticipated needing to replace our furnace just yet, it wasn't entirely surprising given its age of almost 29 years.
