Used them in an emergency and they were very responsive. The tech, Jeremiah was awesome. Knowledge, personable and very professional. Came earlier than they originally said they could which was a plus. Great communication throughout the whole process. Will definitely use them again.

Aaron came out to clean and tune up my furnace. He was prompt and courteous. He was finished quickly and everything seems okay. Nice to actually get good service.

Our A/C Service experience was great.
Jorge was on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem. The replacement parts were on the truck. They were quickly installed. The system was tested. He gave us good insight to improve our preventive maintenance efforts. He's a Great Technician and a great company. We highly recommend Southwest and Jorge.

Have used Southwest for a decade now and appreciate the ease of booking and the customer service has always been spot on. Aaron was here today to perform maintenance. Was very thorough and made sure to answer my questions in addition to preparing a list of issues for me to watch/consider in the future. Really helps keep those "surprise" issues to a minimum!

Met the owner, Mike, and he recommended that we get our furnace inspected before winter. His staff set up an appointment for us right away and made sure it was the best time that worked for us and our schedules. The technician that came out, Angel, called ahead of time and gave us his exact ETA so we knew when to expect him. They gave us a 2 hour window for the appointment and he got here right at the beginning of that window so we were not waiting around. He was very professional and personable. It was clear he was super knowledgeable about furnaces yet he was still able to easily explain what he was seeing and doing the whole time. He went above and beyond. Easy to say that for any of our future furnace and AC needs we will be using Southwest Heating and Cooling!

They were pretty booked out and worked hard to fit me in the schedule since we were under a deadline with selling our property. The technician Michael was great. He was early, explained everything clearly, and took great care with cleaning, repairing, and tuning up our furnace. I definitely recommend SW Heating and Cooling for residential service cleaning and repair.

Very friendly company and technicians. This is my second time using them. I was told last year that my air conditioning system probably won't make it another year. And they were correct. Called them up again and talk to awesome front desk lady named Lisa who probably helped and got me scheduled for a technician to come out and look. Once the technician was out there, he confirmed my suspicions and then we started investigating. What would be the best option for us? While looking at the age of my air conditioning system and the furnace, we decided that we needed replace both.

They came back a little bit later and started and once they were finished with the new air conditioner outside and new coils my house is getting nice and cold again. And now we don't have to worry about the furnace because we got that replaced as well.

The technicians were very helpful and respectful of our house and our. They made sure that we didn't have any questions during the process.

Would recommend them to anyone that needs heating and air conditioning work for their systems.

The service provided was very comprehensive and well done. Jeremiah was very considerate about not tracking dirt into the house and really did all he could to make sure my system was functioning perfectly. He actually added some improvements like added pvc piping where needed at no charge and secured other attachments with zip ties. He treated my system like it was his own.

Aaron came out and did the annual tune-up on our air conditioner. He was super friendly and very professional. Our system is 10 years old and he explained a few things we can do to try to keep it running as efficiently as possible but definitely didn’t pressure us to buy any additional services. He answered all our questions and immediately sent us the estimates and reports we talked about.

I highly recommend southwest heating and cooling. I was impressed with the entire process beginning to end. I filled out an appointment request on their website and was contacted the next day to set up and appointment. A few days later the tech came out and told us we needed a total replacement of our furnace and AC unit. He could not have been nicer. He took the time to fully explain everything and all of our options. Once we agreed, service was schedule within days. They contacted frequently with updates on arrivals and confirmations. The crew, lead by Jesus Gomez, was exactly on time(actually a few min early), were extremely friendly and informative, not to mention clean and detail oriented. Once the install was finished, he took the time to show me everything and explain how the new system works. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

UPDATE: August 2024. Chris McCollum came out right away when we had a new issue pop up with our water heater (nothing to do with the past service). He tested and retested and worked until he figured out what the new issue was and fixed that too. It was nice because the work is under warranty.

July 2024: Chris McCollum came out to fix our instant hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what the next steps would be. He returned with the necessary parts and went above and beyond to fix the unit. We also planned to have him clean our A/C unit while he was here and he did an incredible job diagnosing and returning our unit to tip top condition! Thank you Chris!

Chris did a fine job and was professional. I found your company's pricing ($689.00) quite high for the hard start kit cost plus installation labor. Not sure I will call SW first again...there are other more competitive and competent options I have used in the past.

Aaron came out to service my AC unit. He was prompt courteous and knowledgeable and did not try upselling which I appreciate. I like that this company sends photos of their technician ahead of the visit and ask for feedback on their performance. They are very customer centered. These folks are the best HVAC company I think that I have ever worked with. Everyone and I mean everyone was wonderful! From Aaron who did a fantastic job assessing the system and getting the replacement mapped out, to Preston and Phaylan who did an amazing job with the install, to Lisa in the office who kept me informed and supported throughout the whole process. They are cost effective, super friendly and extremely high quality. I cannot thank them enough for a stellar job! Truly elite level service at a very accessible price. A++ all around!

This was the most pleasant installation I’ve ever been part of. There was no attempt to upsell. Had a great conversation about what we needed, we set a date they were prompt, clean, and so professional. Did the job explain to us everything they did. I would use them seven days a week and twice on Sunday! Highly recommend
