Preston was very knowledgeable and fixed a
complicated problem. He worked very diligently on my AC unit untill he got it working. He was very courteous and efficient.

excellent service and consultation about options for new HVAC. We’ve been SW Heating and Air customers for 20+ years. They are always prompt and professional. Preston and Aaron did a great job with the installation of our new unit, and they were extremely helpful with explaining all the features to us.

After 30 years our furnace needed replaced. Both Preston and William (Both younger than our furnace was I believe) did a great job with the whole project installation. After 30 years in our home we also opted to add AC as well and are really looking forward to having it next summer. I really appreciated the responsiveness and total team effort Southwest provided from our initial service call with Aaron, a workable solution to our needs from Mike and finally the super smooth installation Preston and William provided with Lisa managing everything in the background for us.

Aaron was great. He arrived quickly, about 30 minutes after I called.
He was very personable.
Also very thorough, explaining all the problems and reasons why my AC isn’t working and probably never will.
He even explained all the government mandated changes that are coming in the near future as far as replacement systems.
All in all Aaron was very good at giving me the bad news.

Aaron was very pleasant and professional during our service repair. He's knowledgeable and quickly resolved our furnace issue. I recommend Aaron and request his service if we needed help again.

Got notice of who was coming with a picture, which is appreciated. Service tech arrived timely, was friendly, professional and did a good job inspecting the furnace. Showed him a few concerns I had and he addressed them. Did not try to sell me additional services, but made me aware of upcoming services that may be needed in the future, but were okay at this point. Felt like a good, honest contractor.

Aaron was on time, very friendly, and very efficient; and he wore booties on my carpet. Routine inspection & cleaning was all that was needed. Aaron was truthful in telling me that heat exchanger had some signs of overheating(it is 30 yo), but no need for new furnace until this one dies. 200 bucks. I'm very pleased with this service call.

Another great experience with this business! I had furnaces tuned up in the fall and really appreciated the proactive contact via text about the A/C tune up special. Preston showed up right on time and was incredibly courteous and thorough.

Great experience. I sent in a request Sunday 4/13 to get help with my AC unit. Lisa reached out Monday 4/14 to get me on the schedule for Tuesday 4/15. Across the board, everything was speedy and professional. Preston, my technician, fixed my issue quickly and took the time to explain what was wrong and what to look for in the future. Highly recommend them!

Outstanding experience! Aaron was there a few minutes early and got to work troubleshooting right away. He determined the problem was a simple one, knowing of course he could have said we needed a new cooling unit. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism.

Desperately needing humidity in this dry Colorado environment I called Southwest Heating and cooling for a quote to get the job done. Their incredible detail to customer service and professionalism proved I made the right choice to hire them! They made an appointment promptly and sent a picture of the contractor that was assigned to do the work the morning of the appointment. He called 30 mins out to let me know his arrival time. Preston and his coworker were thorough, pleasant and diligent!

It is great to have someone, like Christian, come into our home, and complete a diagnosis of the failed heating system. Confirming the failure, and creating a dialogue in laymen's terms to understand what happened. Far to many companies are not prepared to do this these days, they just can't diagnose anything it seems. Great job Christian!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately my HVAC system died this summer after 27 years and I needed to get it replaced. Because I have an engineering background, I did considerable research on the brands, install companies and energy usage of different units. I ultimately selected Southwest Heating & Cooling and I am so glad I did. I was thoroughly impressed with their entire team, from the Owner to the technicians that installed the unit. Mike M., the owner, came out and reviewed the system and gave us a quote. The Office Manager, Lisa B., was so personable and professional and has excellent communication skills. She kept me in the loop by both phone calls and e-mails on what was going to be happening, helped find rebates for me, etc. The technicians, Preston and Michael, were AMAZING! They were both so professional and really took the time to do the job right, explain things to me, like how to make my unit last longer, etc. Michael was so nice and even made aesthetic changes for me upon request, even though it took him a little bit longer and cost him a little bit more. He didn't complain once or say no. Truly a craftsman.
All this being said, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for any HVAC Service. They go above and beyond and these days, that's saying a lot.

Christian arrived promptly and was wonderful and knew immediately what caused the problem. He made the repairs to the wiring in the furnace efficiently and rapidly. I am very impressed with how knowledgeable and capable he is. Thank you!
