Service person was very knowledgeable and advised that one tree was too small at this point to have iron. He spoke with customer service to arrange refund for tree not treated. Appreciate his honesty and assistance in obtaining refund for untreated service.

Judge, was amazing! I expressed concern about the lack results from aeration and overseeding in our front yard completed in early September. He assured me he would communicate back to the Tru Green service staff. Thanks Judge!! I hope the Tru Green customer support is as concerned as Judge was.

From my experience with TruGreen, they have failed to get my front lawn looking decent. I have had an ongoing lack of communication with them. They seem to have no schedule; I never know in advance when they are coming. They have eliminated the weeds, but that’s all I can say that’s positive. Each time they come, the service workers agree that it looks bad. I have complained many times, but to no avail. The service workers are nice, but my front lawn still looks awful after nearly 3 months of service and having spent nearly $600.

I have used this business for 3 years. It is a family owned and operated business. They keep clients informed of situations that may effect their operations. Staff is very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend using them for you lawn care and home repair needs.

Great help with lawn care, fertilizer application, aeration, and overall expertise on property maintenance. Daniel helped organize Johan and Miguel coming by to help adjust and fix my irrigation system with excellent results.

Daniel and Karen have worked with me to manage an off-site property. Our previous lawn and garden care company was horrible--they would say work was done, when it wasn't, or not show up, and with delayed billing. I interviewed several companies last summer and this company really stood out, at first, with their consistent communication.

Karen (Karyn?) and her team consistently answer the phones in the office. They have answered multiple questions for me even though I am bringing them little business (currently just mowing and lawn care, for which they quoted a very reasonable rate). They sent an estimate of charges at the beginning of the mowing season and follow up predictably (not rudely) every month. Their techs have called me twice to check about spraying or aeration before it is completed.

This spring, Daniel came out to the property, met me on a Saturday morning, to check about some additional work that I had hoped to have done. He had two new, profound insights that will help me maintain the property long-term. He had to go through some hurdles to get additional help in providing the quote, and in the end my husband decided to do the work himself. I still feel a little bad about that. Daniel really went above and beyond to study the property, suggest appropriate maintenance, and problem solve, and the quote was free.

Knowing that Karen and her team are on my side gives me peace of mind going forward for the 2018 yard care season. I am grateful to be working with them. I met the young man who came out to spray the weeds. He was educated, and immediately knew and could follow after being told once, the intricacies of avoiding certain landscape plants while spraying. Impressed!

Just finished my Fall lawn cleaning service, and the crew from Centennial Property did a SUPERB job. Now we can rest easy during the winter months…. I plan to bring them back next Spring to get my yard all spruced up again.. Put them on your calendar!!🗓️

The team at Centennial Property Maintenance is top-notch. They're lawn care is reliable and my lawn looked great this past summer, week after week. I also count on them for ice and snow maintenance during the winter months. I wouldn't know what to do without them! Thank you!

Centennial Property Maintenance is always available whenever I need a solution to a problem in my yard. Not only are they very professional and timely for each and everyone of them is friendly and happy to help. I have been extremely happy with all of their services for the last 20 years.

I had Centennial Property Maintenance perform a repair about 1 year ago. I was instructed by my settlement company to receive a 'worst case scenario' bid from them for the repair. I was promised on multiple occasions by Centennial Property Maintenance that I would never be charged for any labor/tasks that weren't ultimately performed. The repair work went very smoothly and was completed in far less time than was included in Centennial Property Maintenance's 'worst case scenario' bid.

After the project was complete, Daniel Stecklein (owner of Centennial Property Maintenance) insisted that I pay the 'worst case scenario' bid which was $1000 over the cost to perform the actual work. Again, this initial bid included tasks that weren't even done and labor hours that weren't expended on the job. I tried to reason with Mr. Stecklein but he refused to listen and wouldn't accept/return my calls or e-mails. I made multiple efforts to resolve this matter without success. After ignoring my requests to discuss settlement of this matter, Centennial Property Maintenance sent my account to a collections agency. After consulting an attorney, this matter was finally settled to my benefit.

Although I was relatively happy with the actual work that was performed by Centennial Property Maintenance I could never recommend them. In my opinion, the owner of the company does not communicate well with his customers or even his employees. If you do utilize Centennial Property Maintenance be sure everything agreed to is detailed and in writing. Do not take them at their word.

8 years later, Daniel Stecklein finally responds (with untruths) to my review regarding my experience with Centennial Property Management. 8 YEARS LATER! That speaks loudly to the poor communication and customer service I experienced during my project. Centennial Property Maintenance is a company that cannot be trusted and I would never use them again.

They always are friendly and respectful to me every time they come to work or fixes my problems.

Highly recommend. It seems like I have a new project every year and they always provide fast, quality work. My yard looks great! This year the removed all the bushes, shrubs, and dead trees in my yard to really open up the space. Great work!

I have used for Centennial Property for over 15 years and have consistently had excellent experiences. CPM has replaced fences for me. taken care of my yard, handled sprinkler problems, removed trees and shrubs and done landscaping. Always very professional and top quality work.

Daniel and Centennial Property Maintenance have been great. We were at a loss with our yard and the upkeep and after trying many options, Daniel was by far the best. Will continue to use them and highly suggest using them.
