Robert, who was the first plumber to arrive, was excellent. However, this plumbing service had some difficulties answering their phones, often putting me on hold for extended periods or disconnecting the call. They also weren't very prompt in responding to emails. I was referred to them by a home warranty service, but their customer support wasn't quite up to par. They mentioned that they were understaffed, which may explain their difficulties. Despite these setbacks, I wasn't entirely satisfied with their customer service. What really disappointed me was that they hadn't even set up the new water heater yet. However, I have an update. john from the same plumbing service reached out to discuss my concerns. He proposed setting up the new water heater on a Sunday, which was much earlier than the initial date they gave me. John installed the water heater, and has since followed up multiple times, even returning to make a small adjustment to the vent. He apologized for the previous issues, assuring me that they strive to offer top-notch service. I'm quite pleased with the installation of my new hot water heater. I'm inclined to believe that the plumbing service was going through a tough time when I had my issues, and I'm confident that they're working to improve their customer service. We reached out to a plumbing service on a weekday afternoon because we discovered our old water softener, that's been in service for 30 years, was leaking. We had to deal with this issue swiftly since we were preparing for a vacation and planned to have house sitters in our Littleton home. This plumbing service was the 6th one we contacted, with all the others not having any openings for days, even weeks. They requested pictures to better assess the situation, and they managed to schedule a visit for the following day to install a new water softener. The cost was incredibly fair and all the plumbers, including John and Geoffrey, were extremely helpful and pleasant. They come highly recommended!

working with alex & sons plumbing was a breeze. the folks in the office were very patient and friendly every time i called. i had braden come out to handle my plumbing inspection and some drain work. he called to let me know he was on his way and again when the job was finished. braden was polite and respectful each time we spoke. he also kept me updated about when i would get the final report. i let him know i wouldn’t be home and explained where to find the water main, and he had no trouble at all. i’ll definitely use their plumbing services again. 5 stars!
