We recently had work done inside our home, and I can confidently say Kevin and his team delivered above and beyond in every way. From the very first walkthrough to the final cleanup, the professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship were outstanding.

Kevin remodeled our master bath upgrading it from a single vanity (and very awkward) to a double vanity with plenty of space for 2 people. The entire process from start to finish was better than we could have ever expected.

From the start, he was very transparent with costs and knowledgeable with design options if needed. During the demo and remodel, he discovered multiple issues that the previous owner left us with that could have caused huge problems for us down the road. Instead of ignoring these (as we’ve discovered many contractors do), he was able to diagnose the problems and fix them at reasonable costs. We chose most of the finishes ourselves, but when we needed help or guidance he was there.

Our bathroom is now our little sanctuary, and we’re so grateful for his impeccable work!

After experiencing lengthy delays with another general contractor, working with Alpine Contracting was a breath of fresh air. Their team was incredibly responsive providing quick, clear quotes and getting the work scheduled without unnecessary delays. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the care they showed for our home. They truly treated it as if it were their own. The flooring installation and the rock work around our fireplace turned out outstanding professional, precise, and beautifully done. A horrible experience and one that is not over yet. If I could give a minus 5 star here, I would. Still waiting for my job to finish. Haven't heard from him in 4 weeks.

If you want a mechanic's lien placed on your house this is the company to go with. Communication throughout the project was poor. They did not pay subcontractor (Electrician) and now dealing with a lien

Kevin and Ron did a $154,000.00 kitchen remodel for me. 6 weeks job took 3 months. Often nobody would show for 2 weeks. No communication. Quality of work was average. Not recommended

I am very grateful for the careful, creative, professional work. My full kitchen remodel, wood floor installation in the study, painting, electrical and plumbing work was done on time and looks great. The team was a joy to work with. Happy to recommend them.

I would recommend Teleo for any of your home remodel projects. Teleo remodeled our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and loft, and they were fantastic to work with. Friendly and skilled staff that was willing to go above and beyond. I have already asked them to quote my next project!

Kevin and his team were great to work with. The response time was fast and workmanship for our cabinet and counter install was meticulous. They were very knowledgeable and honest and exceeded our expectations.

The owner ( Nice guy) came out and gave me the initial estimate but never followed through on the follow up quote after we discussed the initial quote and made some changes.
I got tired of waiting and eventually found a better option for my bathroom remodel, also it was about $3000 cheaper and the new contractor gave me a breakdown of all the work which Kevin was not willing to provide. Without an itemized list of costs it is fairly easy to do significant mark ups. The communication back-and-forth also wasn’t very efficient because it all went through a third person so some things were lost in translation. Next time if you don’t want the actual job please have the courtesy to inform the customer

Excellent communication! I can only speak to this company's communication and responsiveness, as we ultimately decided we did not need another bid. But in terms of how quickly they got back to me, the thoroughness in their communication, and the confidence that they gave me that they would cover every detail...they were superb! Every contractor needs a Cindy!! Other reviewers can attest to the beautiful work that they do, which is why I contacted them initially. However, so much of the frustration in a project is lack of communication or even a call-back. Cindy was completely on-top of every detail. I very much appreciated how they handled initial contacts and follow-up.

Teleo did an amazing job converting an office to a bedroom. It looks like it was part of the original construction. Kevin and his team were professional, punctual and delivered on time and on budget. Highly recommend!

Kevin and added a room in my garage making it into a salon for my wife. It turned out great and the price was very reasonable for the work he did. He showed up when he said he would and got it completed in a timely manner. If you want to work with an honest contractor who knows his business call Kevin!

Teleo Builders was professional and thourough throughout our kitchen/main floor remodel. Communication was open and easy throughout the project. The subcontractors were also on time, helpful, and professional. Kevin was helpful with decisions needed to be made along the way. We are pleased with the quality of the work performed and the final product of our remodeling project.

We did what I would say was a pretty extensive remodel using Kevin in the summer of 2013. We had weight bearing walls taken down between our kitchen, living room, and front entry way to create a great room that now encompasses the kitchen, living room, and dining room. This even required the garage door into the house to be moved into another room. When you open the front door you come into an inviting space with a fabulous kitchen instead of walking into a wall with door cut-outs and separated spaces and a tiny kitchen. Kevin and his group tore down every wall, put up temporary walls, and then put in place a whole new support structure in the attic and in the basement. They went on to put in all new kitchen cabinets, a huge island, new hardwood flooring (that they laced in perfectly with the existing hardwoods which we found under the living room carpet), new appliances, and new lights. Kevin was very kind to allow us to do little things like reuse some of the existing can lights where we could, and he also saved all of the old kitchen cabinets that he could and put them back up in our garage and basement for good storage space. We had very few (maybe two or three) unplanned expenses and Kevin thoughtfully presented each one of these, making sure we knew he was not trying to increase our price in a way you hear of other contractors doing. And these changes were all for our benefit. In fact his overall price was very fair in comparison to the other quotes we got. I was not working during the time of our remodel, and was very involved in the whole process. Kevin did not make me feel like I was in the way, and in fact let me make some changes as we went along. Everything was done legally, with permits, which was important to us, and we passed every inspection on the first go. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to use Kevin again if we required any more remodel work.
