Dave still owes us money for when we did work him ...shame on you dave

Dave figueroa and his team were professional, and I will definitely be using them again.

Always bee clean, did a fantastic job and the price was efficient! They supply all there on supplies and are very professional.

Always Bee Clean services , clean and punctual very respectful left a complimentary bottle of champagne and flutes for new home owners. Highly recommend them to any commercial or residential businesses needing services.

I requested a townhome cleaning for a property we going up for sale. I was told by ABC and several others it would take 2 people 3 hrs to clean. This included washing walls, cabinets, cleaning appliances, sweeping and mopping.

We moved out and had walls and ceilings painted and new carpet on the stairs.

I asked to also make the wood floors on the main floor and the laminate floors upstairs shine for the open house.

So here is what happened. They changed the time they were coming over from 9 am to 11 am, then to 1 pm, then finally there at 2:30.

When we went over at 4:30 to check on progress it was one person cleaning with her cell phone flashlight in the two bedrooms and living rooms that we used lamps for light.

We came back the next morning to debris down the basement stairs with the basement, which is unfinished so it just needed swept, untouched. The wood and laminated floors untouched. Appliances and bathroom cleaned. Cabinets were washed, but my opinion, a little Murphys would of nade a difference.

I called and they said he would come back for free right away, and they did but the laminated floors were left with the ghosting swirls left from not using a neutral cleaner for laminated. He said he would come back, but i said i was done having to come back and forth to check his work.

My realtor noticed before the pictures that the cabinets and the light fixtures in the kitchen, were not wiped out.

Sorry, but a professional move out cleaner should have a check list of what needs to be done.

Since then he has told me my opinoin is untrue and tried to get it removed from Home Advisor. Also after asking for an invoice , i received it a week later. Four days later he said he had not received the check and was putting a lien on the property.

This company, my opinion, is not worth the hassle.

Dave has professionally cleaned some of our vacant and occupied apartment homes over the last year and he does quality and thorough work. He is reliable and responsible!

We stayed at an airbnb that was cleaned by Always Bee Clean and I must say, it was completely SPOTLESS. We got there a little early and accidently walked in on the owner inspecting the cleaner's work and had a great talk. Very professional, very attentive to detail, and obviously really care about their work. Highly recommend.

We hired Always Bee Clean to do our move out cleaning. Dave and Kay did an excellent job. Everything was shining. Even the handles on the cabinets were shining. They did a super job on the wood floors. Clean light fixtures, fans, etc. Our buyer told our realtor to thank us for making everything so beautiful.
Dave communicated well-if he was running a few minutes late, he would text us. He knows it's important to do what you say. We would definitely use this company again.
