I couldn’t be happier with my experience using Supreme Home Services. I was referred to Uli by another satisfied client/friend for my new mini split system. From start to finish, Uli was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He explained all my options clearly, helped me choose the right mini split system for my home, and scheduled the installation quickly. The difference in comfort is incredible—my home feels cool, quiet, and energy-efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a mini split system!

After talking to the owner about the first service call not at my satisfactory the owner send another tech to do the furnace tune up at no cost to me and the tech did a fantastic job! This company stepped up to the plate and got my total approval of the work. I will not hesitate to use this company again! I have them on my contact list so I can use them again.

Eli Alfaro is the best! He made multiple trips out of his way, he was very informative and honest about what was happening with the Furnace. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for help with HVAC plumbing or electric.

I came in as a customer from American Home Shield, looking for a second opinion on a repair job on my central heating. The technician came in and gave AHS a new recommendation. I wanted to move forward with the repairs, so I was told to call SHS directly. I called SHS at least 3 times leaving messages each time. I gave 48 hours between each call, I never received any calls back from SHS. After not receiving any calls back from SHS I called AHS, I wanted them to reach out to SHS to see if that would get a response. I then called three more times, never getting a phone call back from SHS. AHS reached out to me about my service, I have recommended that they not use SHS going forward. It doesn't matter what the reason was for not calling me back, at least call me back and tell me you weren't interested in the job.

Do not hire this person for a ductless minisplit system, he is dishonest and work is below industry standard. He installed the system incorrectly, including 4 leaks in the copper lines, and did not detect the leaks upon installation. After those leaks were fixed, his leak detection system continued to be inaccurate, and he cut holes in my new drywall to try to locate leaks behind the drywall that did not exist. He refuses to pay to fix the drywall damage. He installed the drains wrong for all 7 ceiling cassettes, which resulted in water backing into all the unites. One unit had a large electrical explosion from the water, which could have caused a house fire. He accidentally cut my new PEX water supply line and water poured into my basement. He did not correctly install the clamps for two drain fitting, where the clamps were just on the pipe and not the fitting itself, resulting in additional leaks. I had to hire another company to get my system working, as Uli said there were leaks in the condenser unit and line, which did not exist. He wanted to charge me over $2k to replace a new condenser that was not damaged. Instead of paying the bill for the new company to diagnose what he misdiagnosed, he hired an attorney. Dishonest in other regards as well throughout installation.
