No upfront pricing. They said one price over the phone but did not let me know that was for a partial cleaning. I'm very upset by this. I was told video and pics would be provided after to prove effectiveness. I was only shown 1 video and honest was shocked to see it not clean like the before and after photos on the website. They were overpriced by at least $100. Will not use again.

Amazing! We bought a home with a dryer vent that was just venting into a crawl space creating a huge mold and fire risk. We were told by a few other companies that we could only vent through the front of our house where we’d have to drill into stone and redo a entire patch of exterior wall. They were able to help us pipe our dryer another way that made it safe and less visible!

DO NOT USE THEM! Dishonest work. I called one of their guys directly to clean a chimney and inspect the flue. He was at my townhome maybe 15 mins total and claimed I had a leak in the chimney seal. He charged me to fix it, but there is no way he went up on the roof to inspect or fix anything. Total SCAM!
