The day of our service, we received a notification that our cleaner was on the way, along with a live update of their drive to our location. As punctuality is very important to me when scheduling service, I really appreciated the live update.
Our cleaner (Morgan), was on time, pleasant and got to work immediately. I struck up a bit of a conversation to get to know her, and loved that she was personable, yet on task.
I asked for more focus in the kitchen and bathrooms, and they were left sparkling!

We were really grateful for the service we received through Tidy Task. We had a miscommunication early on regarding the level of cleaning needed, but the manager was very communicative and made sure the job got done and provided a discount on the additional hours needed. Shelly, our cleaner, did a great job and came back the next day to finish when there were additional hours needed. Definitely would recommend.

Timothy was excellent. He asked questions to ensure he knew what we wanted to be cleaned (since it was specific areas in the house, not the whole house). He was careful in his work and tackled the problem areas (i.e., stairs) successfully.
