TNT have been great. We had an issue with a outside sprinkler connection and with a sump pump. They were on time, got the job done quickly and respectful when they were inside our home. I am a realtor in the area and have referred them to my clients as well for HVAC and plumbing issues. I will continue to refer them in the future and they will definitely be our personal go to as well!

First things first I originally contacted Titus Electrical who referred TNT Home Services. Good call! I suspected that my 25 year old A/C unit was dying. Shakir was on time for the inspection and proposed several options for replacement. We chose a new unit which was installed two days later by Nikita and Valeri. The unit is operating perfectly and does not continually cycle like the old unit did. The new unit is operating perfectly and we should be comfortable in the hot days ahead with a lower utility bill. I would recommend using this business for your A/C needs. Thank you TNT. They were responsive and Victoria was a great coordinator during the process!

I was happy to use TNT Plumbing, a veteran owned company and one that recognizes first responders! I had them respond for a quote, and when it ended up being a different issue than what I thought, the technician called another technician (the expert in that area) in the company to figure out the issue. Scheduling quotes and the repair was very easy. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again in the future.

My water heater broke, I called around TNT was able to replace it in short order, at a fair price. The workmanship was solid, they replaced fixtures to make future work easier. Added catch liner should the replacement fail. Took steps to prevent damage to the house/stairs when removing/replacing the tanks. He found a water pressure issue, and had the city quickly resolve it. I'd feel comfortable recommending him to a friend.

I am so impressed with this company! What started out to be merely a service for my furnace turned out to be an installation of both furnace and air conditioning. I would like to thank Tucker and Chaz for all of their hard work in installing both of those things in my attic. Brandyn and Dylan were both very helpful in deciding what I needed to have replaced and what would fit within my budget. The financing availability was key not to mention that I was given a discount because I am a nurse. Any company that recognizes 1st responders will always get my vote! One of the things that stood out especially for me was that all of the guys doing the service sincerely liked working for TNT and we’re always upbeat and professional even when hauling an entire furnace out of the ceiling!! I look forward to working with this company in the future to maintain my new heating\air conditioning system. I highly recommend this company

I was very impressed with TNT. I found them through a Yelp request, they were the first ones to reach out to me, was able to get me scheduled for a free estimate the next day. The window of time they gave me worked but barely and I asked if they could make it closer to the beginning of the time window and they were able to make it happen. Larry did a great job explaining what would need to happen and gave us a good quote (we shopped around based on his information). I was able to call and schedule the work to be done the next morning and it was an actual time, not just a window. I'm guessing we had a fairly simple job but I really appreciated the promptness and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company.

From the initial visit to the installation you can tell these guys care about the customers they serve. Honest to a fault and dedicated to their craft, I will use TNT every time I need home services. They are awesome to work with.

Ron was absolutely fantastic! He listened to what our problem was, what we did and then went right to work. He took time to explain what he was doing and provided costs at start, and during repair. He even taught us about what happened and how to take steps to keep problem from returning!

Jeremy from TNT was fantastic; he was able to replace a hot water valve of ours that controls water flow to our new dishwasher. Jeremy was incredibly professional and efficient, and he also showed that he genuinely cared about our plumbing system, going above and beyond to provide preventative care and maintenance tips. He even showed up in the negative degree weather that CO experienced in our latest cold front.

It was getting really hot outside. My AC was working and suddenly I was noticing it was 85° inside and due to a severe medical condition that leaves my body unable to regulate my body temperature, I have to keep it below 70° in my well.....surroundings, my house or outside which leaves me inside almost all the time. I had them come out last minute on a Friday which landed in after hours leaving the on call guy responsible to come out which was going to be very costly with my total lack of income. When he took a look I was expecting it to be minor. My next door neighbor had just fixed his in the townhome he rents (I own mine) all by himself by just vacuuming out the cotton that has been flying everywhere. So I had expected it wouldn't be serious. The guy came very quickly, my memory is awful and I forgot his name unfortunately because he was very kind and extremely helpful and personable. He looked at my system and said it was from 2003! Wow. I remember discussing the AC and furnace in the inspection when I bought this place 3 years ago, but have forgotten what we talked about. So I needed a whole new system. But the reason it stopped so abruptly was the coolant was empty. So he filled it enough to get me through until my appointment to replace it all and it was great to feel cooled down again. I had the appointment set but they were able to move me up an entire week so it all happened really fast. The two guys came early in the morning and had it finished a little bit after lunchtime. They were very nice and so loving towards my service dog and my little old Pekingese. Asked me questions about them, their names and so on which was so nice of them. Let me just say, I have been FREEZING in here with my regular 68° and have had to bump it up to 70° which has been better in my room where I always am, but the rest of the house is cold. My room has a large bay window that heats up the room about 10° warmer than the rest of the house so I am just waiting for the electrician from TNT to be available to put up a ceiling fan as well. I am very happy with this company. When I was about to spend $750 or so on the coolant issue after hours, he waved that entirely because I set the appointment to have them do the entire replacement. That was so kind of him, he didn't have to do that. My AC and furnace were right about what I thought they would cost to replace. Now I won't have to worry about it again for a long time and if I choose to sell it will be great for my equity. I really appreciate how nice the guys were and would and will definitely use them again.

Brent and Eric came by to unclog a gnarly toilet for us. They were very polite and professional, and worked quickly to resolve the problem. Great communication on what they were doing, plan B, and cost - and they resolved the issue within a short time period. Super grateful for them and will use TNT for any future needs!

Everyone at TNT are professional and knowledgeable. Technicians Adam and Carlos did excellent work, cleaned up afterwards and showed how new systems work. Keegan was very helpful and explained all options thoroughly. Office staff were friendly and also helpful. Great experience with TNT!

Great experience with TNT. Called them out for a leak under my sink, they were able to fix within minutes AND helped me identify another potential problem with my AC in the basement. They were able to get a tech out for that within a week. He was able to clean / inspect the AC and get it back in total working shape within a few minutes. Very fairly priced.
Would highly recommend.

After working with two other plumbing companies, I reached out to TNT for help with a persistent hot water problem and our tankless hot water heater. They were able to solve the problem quickly. They aren't the cheapest but they did a good job and earned our trust the next time we need a plumber.

Jason did an absolutely amazing job! He knew how to fix the problem, and did it quickly. I'm not sure the other contractors who looked at the problem, knew the best way to fix it. He saved us money and the result was perfect.
Also, TNT was great at communicating with us during this whole process. Thank you TNT!!!

Just had my hot water heater replaced today, and it was accomplished quickly and professionally, and the price was quite reasonable. However, what made it a really good experience was the technician, Alex. He was so, so kind and accommodating to me and my daughter, took the time to explain everything he was doing, and was really straightforward with me about the situation with my old water heater. Very polite, and very patient with my curious toddler. Experiences like this make it easy to become a return customer.

Excellent service response by the entire team! Eric, (what a nice young man!),
came to our house to see why our toilet was "running" intermittently. He figured it out quickly and only charged the service fee. These guys are always so smart and very, very nice. We've used these guys many times and we will always call them first for all our household plumbing and appliance repairs.

TNT plumbing did a great job with replacing pressure regulating valve few years ago. Even better, I reached out to them recently on a separate issue and was able to discuss it with Ron over the phone. He gave me few pointers which was very helpful. Highly recommend their service and will certainly be my go to place in the future. Keep up the good work!

There's so many good things to say about TNT! As Marine Corps veterans it is wonderful to have access to a veteran owned company in our community. We've had Alex come out to the house on several occasions (even for a quick double check on an issue we had) and he is hands down the best plumber/technician we've had, and cannot recommend him enough! He's professional, kind, knowledgeable, and so quick! We appreciate this company for it's dedication to it's customers and their willingness to do the extra little things you don't normally get from businesses, especially during the pandemic. It's such a relief that TNT cares about the health of its employees and their customers by taking the proper precautions during this time.
