Great work on our remodel. Thank you!

Al and his crew refinished our basement floor with (acid stain and sealer) and it looks super cool.

We hired Cruz Construction to perform work for us building custom homes. They are great to work with and very professional.

I and my husband were suppose to move to my sister’s house where she hired Cruz to build an extension for them.
Cruz got the full amount for the extension but did not do the work.
He kept postponing the work , reason was city hasn’t given the go for building extension.
My sister finally went to city to check the problem. Cruz never submitted the application for permitting
Tried to call him more than enough and he kept promising he will
After so much of my time following up he said the truss was being built already
Its been 6-7 months, i asked where truss was being built , then went to truss company. He had submitted check that bounced so they wouldnt do trusd
There were so msny things lies he had promised but to dste hasntt Happened.
We filed s lawsuit already cause its been a yesr.
We lost our house no where to go
Stayed in a hotel .

Does a terrible job of work. Takes forever to start the work he was supposed to, kept on postponing it, and just overall did a poor quality job. Never finished the whole job and have contacted him many times trying to figure stuff out but he never responded. Ultimately think that he blocked my family's number and just took all the money!
NEVER HIRE HIM!! NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!! -
We have used Cruz Construction Solutions to frame several projects for us and will continue to use them in the future. They have always provided high quality work, and Al is great with communication.

Road raging drivers
-
Best electrical company to work for. Hands down they provide the highest quality install.
-
Road raging employee acted like he was going to ram into the back of me in a company truck. Judging from the multiple complaints for the same thing and inaction on the company’s part, these aren’t the type of people you want to trust your project with.

This guy cut me off in traffic, switched lanes 3 times without a blinker and ran a red light. Almost caused two accidents.
This all happened on Horsetooth Rd between LeMay and College during rush hour.
And we still ended up at the same red light on College. This road rage is uncalled for. -
Love it

Cashier Elizabeth asked if we wanted our items bagged ,we responded with a yes please and she asked us to bag them for her.

Very helpful staff.

Dropped off and met with the kitchen design team over 2 weeks ago. I have called several times and am always getting the run around. They are not interested in helping us at all. I will end up spending money elsewhere.

We were in desperate need of a refrigerator and called the store. They said they were with a customer and would call back. 7 hours later no call. We bought one from Lowes and is being installed first thin in the morning. This is the second time in two months we received terrible service from this store!

Buyer Beware. When you purchase countertops through Home Depot, they subcontract your oder out to Front Range Stone. You are then at the mercy of this company for all dates and decisions made thereafter. We paid for our countertops on November 13th and they weren't installed until January 4th. Our Home Depot receipt clearly states December 13th as the estimated install date. Front Range Stone took no responsibility for the delays, even though their company failed to return calls. I offered to email my phone records to prove our efforts in communication, and I was literally laughed at. If you have any question of whether to discontinue service with them, do it BEFORE they install. They told us they can't review anything in terms of refunds or compensation until after the install, so of course they came in, completed the install, and turned around and said there's nothing they can do. Aside from the awful customer service, I am disappointed with the quality of work. They made little effort to match the color of the seams on the countertop, so the seams are obvious. They give you a notice after installation that this can be expected, so there is nothing you can do about it. With all of the other recent negative reviews posted about Front Range Stone, I hope Home Depot reconsiders their partnership with this company.

It was real short visit got a can of spray paint to paint an appliance and a half inch brass fitting for gas outlet. Notice there was a very long line and only one cashier. People were getting somewhat upset because there was almost 20 people in line. I walked over to the information counter. And as I was headed that way a cashier walked past me and I said only one of you guys working tonight as a cashier. He says I'm opening one right now. I went and got checked out immediately instead of having to wait for 20 people to check out. Then the line diminished very quickly. I just got really good timing. And I'm going to continue to believe that.

Worst service and experience with flooring. Great setting of appointment for measurements. However person arrived and said could not measure as he needed to see the single cabinet in the kitchenette before measuring. So rescheduled that when cabinet was in. They gave us an estimate which we paid the same day 2/24. Only needed 10 boxes of LVP which I knew the store carried (1 box had been bought to make sure correct color etc). Followed up a week later as no receipt was issued and no one could tell where the order was. Called couple times and flooring staff could not help. Called installer 2x and they said they could not do anything until they got message from HD that all materials were there. I called today 3/9 and they say they have the materials. I call installer and tell them and they said that they will call HD themselves to make sure and will call back to schedule. Needless to say no call back. They have my money for 2 weeks now and I have no flooring and no scheduled date. It's such a tragedy. People are so disorganized. They said the materials are at the store yet it was supposed to be delivered to our house and now I must get installer to pick it up and pay for delivery too. I just want to get my floor in!! 😩 This is terrible service. Don't go with them unless you want high blood pressure and want to be a raging bull.
