When Marvin Lugo showed up on-time, he outlined for me what he would be doing. He checked my electrical outlets, even up in my loft and down in my cellar. He asked if I had any concerns and I told him about the outlet in my bathroom. Just from my description he knew what the problem was. He explained what had happened to the outlet and I asked if he could replace it. After a trip to his truck, he had the new outlet and fixed it for me. He told me what to look out for in my other oulets in case one of them went bad too. I have a 120 year-old house, so it requires a lot of maintenance. And we bonded over cats! I will definitely request Marvin for any future electrical needs. He went far above my expectations!
