Top Gun removed the graffiti that was put up on a porus stone monument sign. Once they were finished, you could not tell it was even there!!!

Use them all the time for work related cleanups like oil, paint, and asphalt. While they probably aren't the cheapest in town, they offer service that is better than the competition, and the finished product is great. They are also really easy to work with.

ZERO customer service, because they dont want your business. THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES, because they dont want your business. THEY REFUSE TO RETURN CALLS EVEN IF YOU LEAVE A VOICEMAIL, because they dont want your business. This was a great company BEFORE Tenit bought them out. Now they suck...mostly because they dont want your business.

What a horrible company to work with. Left without finishing the work they were hired for, and did not respond to any phone calls until they sent the bill. Refused to reduce the bill at all. The little work that was "complete" was absolutely horrible quality. Can not recommend avoiding this company enough.

Top Gun provided excellent service, high quality results, competitive rates, were environmentally friendly, mobilized very quickly, plus the crews were very helpful and explained what they were doing. I would recommend Top Gun for future services.

Extremely professional and friendly, the work they preformed was exactly as advertised, and they took the time to wash things 3 or 4 times until they were satisfied with the service. We were even weather delayed. Rescheduling was easy and as soon as the weather allowed, they were back. We thought we had a complex job and they made it look easy. Outstanding work.

I had an EXTREMELY NEGATIVE experience with this company and felt like I was extorted! I used Top Gun in 10/13, when my window washer hired them to pressure wash the house before washing my windows. At that time, I was charged $255 (my window washer recently provided me with the receipt). The following year, I went through a different company, hired by my painter, called the Pressure Wash Pros., and they charged $95. In the fall of 2015, I went through my window washer, and he contacted Top Gun again. He did not ask for an estimate (mistake!), assuming their rate would be about the same. About 3 months later, I was contacted by someone at Top Gun, indicating that I had not paid my bill, despite them having mailed me several bills (I hadn't received anything). I asked how much it would be, and she informed me that I owed $700!!! So they had almost tripled their cost over 2 years for the same service!! It actually had been less than the same service, because my window washer had washed the inside porch himself with his own equipment, before his equipment failed (he charged $60 for this). I gave her my email address, but still did not receive a bill. About 2 months later, I received a call from "Amber" that my account was past due. I called her and she informed me that my bill had been discounted to $575. When I explained that I felt that I shouldn't even have to pay that amount, considering what I had paid before, she said she'd speak to an account manager. The next day, I received a curt email from her, stating that I still owed $575, and that my account was past due, and close to being sent to collections. This was the first time I had ever received a bill! I paid the amount, but am very unhappy, and will NEVER use this company again! Maybe the $95 I paid in 2014 was under market value, but the $700 they initially charged me, and even the $575, was ridiculously above market value! I advise consumers to shop around, always obtain estimates, and to avoid using this opportunistic, unethical company

I was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of two of their employees, Dave and Shaun. I was working with a video crew one day while they were power washing Old Town Square. Understandably, the equipment was loud and impacted the audio we were trying to capture. I asked Dave and Shaun of there was anyway they could turn of their equipment for a bit until we were done. They were friendly and understanding. I really appreciated it. If I ever have any power washing needs I will absolutely use Top Gun based on my experience.

We have used Top Gun Pressure washing exclusively for about 7 years. They do all of our prep work for striping. They are professionals on all levels. From the owners , to the sales and office staff, to the guys out on the job. They have done a great job of getting garages and lots cleaned in preparation for striping. On many occasions they have used there Hydro-scrubbing process and I can always see the difference this makes.

What I appreciate most about Top Gun is their integrity to the customer. Most of the time things go right and there are no problems. Occasionally as we all know stuff happens and we have to give them a call. Top Gun has always stood by their service and responded quickly, many times the same day. People say you don't know who you are dealing with until something goes wrong. Top Gun in our opinion is the best Power Washing Company on the Front Range, they are committed to long term relationships with their customers and clients.

I don't share the glowing reviews. Did they do an adequate job? Yes, adequate, but certainly not "elite". I expected more for the price I paid. They did the bare minimum and missed cleaning some bedroom windows and didn't clean some window sills that they were supposed to (I guess they didn't expect the homeowner to look). When I brought up my concerns, I wasn't contacted immediately by the project manager (which is what a manager should do), but rather told by the office scheduler that they could come back "next week." I probably wouldn't use them again, would look for a smaller operation that has higher quality and attention to detail.

I feed the birds and squirrels at my house. They run and sit along the fence-line, which means that my vinyl fence gets dirty. This is in addition to just wear and tear and the weather. Pure Pressure Power Washing was able to get me in surprisingly quickly and they did a fabulous job. It is night and day; my fence looks amazing! They even washed in between the latticework, which surprised me. The technician who did the work even did my little concrete patio (another surprise) so that that area is cleaner too for sitting outside. There is a minimum charge, but for me, the, what I consider to be fair cost, is well worth it since I don't have the time nor the equipment to do what they did. With the use of the fence by the wildlife, this will be a yearly thing, at minimum, and I will use this company again for the service.
