Emille and his crew have helped with various jobs from yard cleanup, painting, large stump removal and trimming a huge tree. They are always courteous, timely, and get the job done right. Best of all they are reasonably priced and a local family run business.

These guys were wonderful! The very best price (out of 3 quotes), and they were on time, professional, polite and wonderful workers. They stayed until the job was done and cleaned up.

Very poor customer service. When they didn't show up I had to call them after taking time off work, I understand the rainy weather didn't permit work but after rescheduling a second time they got very defensive and told me that they didn't need to work for me, then turned around and called me with very negative attitudes. I was overall understanding and forgiving of the rescheduling but when I start getting attacked by them, that is when I cancelled the service and I would not recommend them to other people. As an independent business owner myself, I understand mistakes happen, but when your customer service treats the customer with disrespect, that's when you draw the line.

Took care of our snow removal in a very timely matter. The whole crew was helpful to us and our neighbor! When they showed up they were very professional, timely and nice! They also delivered us some fire wood after our heater was out during a snow storm. They showed up after their work day and even unloaded all the wood for us. So thankful for them during that storm!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Trimmed trees to remove dead branches and limbs and low branches on pine trees and locust trees. Also removed stump of a tree lost to a wind storm. Extremely good job. Great price. Always professional and courteous. Clean up was terrific. I would highly recommend them

Customer service was excellent. They were quick to call back, make the changes I wanted on the estimate, and get me on the schedule. I am very impressed by how quickly they were able to come and do the work. We had some damage to several trees from the recent snow. The price was fair and they did a great job cleaning up when they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

They reached out to me to give me a quote on a tree removal, told me they would be there around 4 pm on a Friday, I canceled an appointment I had at 3:30 so I would be there and then they never showed up, didn't even bother to call and let me know they were not coming. They wasted my time.

I hired these guys in May of 2023- I thought they were going to be great. well they turned out to be horrible. First they cut the limbs off the tree but left one, the one i needed removed. Then they left wasp infested limbs in my yard. When i called and tried to inform them of what I needed. The male owner was very rude. argumentative actually. They finally came out and took the limbs. Never informed me that whole tree was infested in wasps. Now i sit with a tree stump in my back yard infested with wasps that i have to have removed next spring. If they would have told me that morning there were wasps and the tree needed full removal. I would have paid the extra money. They never said a word. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. I spent over $1200 and have major problems because of lack of communication. Thanks for nothing!!

Great friendly and knowledgeable service. Jake responded quickly for a quote to trim two trees. His crews did a great job at a fair price. Would recommend them for any tree trimming or care needs.

Jake and the team did a fantastic job on our three trees. Up front, they were consultative, offering suggestions and advise based on each tree's specific needs. On the day of the job, they showed up on time, were flexible to work with/around some construction happening simultaneously. I would definitely work with them again.

Excellent service for some tricky removals.

I had a pair of Siberian elms that grew up between some junipers and a wooden fence and were too big for me to remove before I even knew they were there. I procrastinated for a decade or so but when they started to lose large branches into the neighbors yard it was time for help.

Jake's crew climbed the three story tall trees and pieced them down with no damage to fences or the neighbors adjacent sheds.

We can't say enough about our positive experience with Jake Chesnut and his crew from Oak Arbor Care. The job was difficult - a tall, standing dead Ponderosa pine tree in a difficult location within a few feet of our home and overhanging the roof.

Adding to the difficulty, all of the removed material had to be moved from one corner of the house, across the yard and through a narrow hedge opening to their chipper.

Jake's knowledge, experience and professionalism were evident when he quoted the job and confirmed as he and his crew took the tree down. Much of the tree had to be removed in pieces, lowered by block and tackle. The team was quite clearly experienced and well-acquainted with safety concerns and procedures.

Jake and his team were friendly, professional and displayed obvious care to avoid any damage. The display of teamwork was rare and commendable.

They did what they promised, were on-time, worked efficiently and cleaned the work area after the job was completed - going so far as to remove detritus from the roof of our home.

Compared with others who quoted the work, the price was reasonable, and follow-up questions were promptly answered (other contractors either didn't respond or took many days to respond with incomplete information).

These days, it is difficult to find contractors that are competent and trustworthy. We're very pleased with the work done by Oak Arbor Care and highly recommend them without reservation.

Jake and his crew are great. They are tree experts and it shows in their love of trees. Our tree was huge and had obviously never had any TLC, so the job was huge as well. They never stopped smiling - or working - the whole, long, and very hot day. They performed other onerous jobs including taking out a big dead bush and replacing it with a new healthy lilac. We are more than pleased and are happy to recommend them. They lived up to all their promises.

Had a great experience. Booked some time with Jake to come check out our large backyard tree that had our main power line going though it.
He climbed there quickly, pruned the tree while explaining what he was doing, checked for signs of disease and cleaned everything up.

We had two massive cottonwoods in our backyard and were told 4 days before closing on our house that they needed to be cut down. I unfortunately found the wrong company the first time. They caused damage, were extremely unprofessional, left tree debris everywhere and couldn't get the job done as promised. I called Jake at Oak Arbor crying for our last hope telling him the situation and he was so friendly and professional and did all that he could to get me on the schedule ASAP. Him and his crew worked SO hard! They have gone above and beyond. They were always punctual, transparent, and worked their butts off. I wish they were the first call I made instead! Thanks to him and his crew we got out of an absolutely awful situation and we're so grateful! They did an AMAZING job!

Awesome experience couldn’t recommend enough! If you want a quick estimate, timely communication and scheduling, and a completed project this is the company to call. We had a tree removal project and not only was it done professionally but it was fun to watch the process as Jake and his team welcomed us to watch from a safe distance as giant limbs crashed down. Great experience overall!
