The willingness of Brian to work with my budget to result in an install. Furthermore, the install was completed within a week.

Good service, would have give 5 stars but the salesman tried to upsell me $4K which is almost double what I paid. This is a moral issue, and I feel sorry for anyone who trusts this guys “good old boy” approach. This sales approach should be illegal, and I can’t refer you as a result.

All was done so quickly and thanks to Seth and the installer sorry I don't remember your name, but I've never received the pictures of my gutters that I was promised. Can you see to it that I get them?

We were happy with the sales reps knowledge, he was on time and respected our time. The installer was on time and did the install in a timely manner. Unfortunately we haven't had a lot of rain since the install as of yet.

I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with a corporation. This product is an absolute scam, it gets clogged within 6 months and doesn’t work at all. In the winter, except 6 foot icicles around your entire house, with lakes of ice on every sidewalk. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company for fraud and false advertisement!

Also, when I had issues, they did not honor the warranty and stopped responding. They are liars and thieves, please don’t allow yourself to be duped like we were!!

It is cheaper to pay someone to clean your gutters twice a year for 20 years. Their subcontractors ruined the trim and soffit around our house as well, causing an additional $7,000 in damages. The corporation did nothing to fix any of the damage.

The salesman that came to house was Very knowledgeable on product as ND answered any question or concerns I had. Also very friendly. The installers were quick and great at the work.

I don’t know how I got on their phone list for a quote as I’m not nor have I ever been in the market. But their sales policy is OUTRAGEOUS. Multiple calls a day. They’ll call from different numbers, so as you block numbers they just. Keep. Calling. I, like most people, do not answer numbers I don’t know, and these guys couldn’t take the hint. Finally answered and requested to be put on their do not call list, we’ll see if they actually adhere to that.

The product was installed efficiently and was tested by a rainstorm a week later. Drips caused by leaf clutter were no longer an issue. Wet Leaves that dropped after installation, dried on the screen and blew off within a couple days

The installer was here at the time I was told. He had all the tools and materials that he needed to do the job. He worked iat a good pace. He cleaned up the work area when he had finished.

I had gutters and the LeafFilter gutter protection system installed. The removal of the old gutters and installing the new was accomplished in one day. When a minor problem arose after about 2 months, I called and someone was out to remedy the problem the next day. I would definitely recommend this business.

Price quote experience only: The salesperson quoted me an insanely unreasonable price like way way out of anything I had considered based on my research/talking to friends then 'found' time pressured 'special deals' as 'a favor' to make the cost somewhat within the realm of any reality. I really really dislike sales tactics like this, I just want a reasonable price upfront, and it made me dislike the company. Just buyer beware I guess and never believe their first quote because man it was like 7k different. If the initial quote was reasonable, like their final 'special' one, I would've been very interested and probably gone ahead without other quotes. I'm sure company policy guides this.

I had our gutters installed a few weeks ago the people were wonderful, the gutters look great! But I’ve been trying to call the company to have repairs done to them, because the ends weren’t sealed correctly and are leaking. I have tried to call the company 3 times and have not received a call back or had the opportunity to speak with anyone from the service department. Initially they were great but not being able to get back in touch with the company for repairs RIGHT AFTER they were installed is unacceptable. I can’t even do the warranty info because they are not sealed properly.

We had Leaf Filter installed yesterday. They were great through the whole process.The installer was particularly great. Punctual, personable, worked straight through the day. He cleaned up and couldn't have been more engaging. We would recommend them 100%.

Sales and Service and Customer Support are all excellent. Product is providing exactly what was described during the sales conversation.

We're excited to have our system, but the 4-hour installation could have been better. We were told by the sales person that our gutters would be cleaned before the system was installed, however the system was installed with dirt and sand still sitting in the gutters. LeafFilter is EXPENSIVE and I expected them to be perfect for how much we paid. Additionally, I heard the install crew making fun of our house and yard while on our roof. I understand joking around and trying to have fun while working, but cursing on our roof and making fun of our cookie-cutter neighborhood wasn't appreciated by us or our neighbors. They were very nice in person but should be careful when they think no one is listening. Other than that, so far so good and we'll see how the product performs when it rains!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We were willing to pay the higher cost of these gutters because the salesman sold us on their product, reviews and awards. However, we did not realize they subcontract out the installation. What a nightmare! I could write pages on all we went through, but to sum it up, the installers they work with are terrible, and LeafFilter has horrible customer service. The regional contact we had flat out lied to us on multiple occasions. After many reschedules, two very young men showed up to do the install. They were rude and not appropriately dressed for the weather. Our contract called for wedges, but they did not install wedges or straps, and the gutters were hanging off the side of our house at the same angle as our roof. When I asked them about it, they said there was nothing they could do. After we made multiple calls to management, they agreed to put in straps, but they only put in four and then left. The gutters didn’t work at all and were terribly crooked. We had to keep calling all the LeafFilter contacts and corporate over and over again to get anyone to come fix it. Then after more reschedules they put in straps willy nilly that don’t even match our roof. Terrible service and a terrible install! Buyer beware!

The whole experience was satisfying . . . The initial meeting was very informative (explained how LeafFilter is superior to other options for keeping leaves out of gutters), so we were able to make a confident decision. The installation occurred within a week. The installer was careful and thorough in cleaning our gutters and downspouts before installing the LeafFilter guard, and he answered any questions we had. The product is doing its job -- keeping leaves out of our gutters because they blow right over them. We are pleased every time we think about not having to deal with gutter cleaning again. LeafFilter was a great investment in our home.
