Really POOR customer service. I would not recommend Good Guys. I had 2 appointments scheduled where they didn't show up. After an hour and a half went by, I called them to see what was going on, and they said that they were super busy and someone was on their way. Is it so hard to pick up the phone and let a customer know that you are running late?!?! That same scenario happened twice. I'll take my business somewhere else.

Great company to work with. Ease of communication, Had permits and was fixed as needed. Great product and good pricing as well A/C & HEATER / DUCTS whole casa :)

The owner Jeddah personally came out to give me the quote I needed, was very professional, friendly, and was able to squeeze me in soon after! I will personally do all my HVAC needs through Good Guys!
