No called, no showed 3 of the last 4 scheduled cleanings (and we're a new client!). Plus supervisors and admin staff are not helpful in resolving non-performance issues.

Unprofessional office staff, if felt like she was going out of her way to not help me with any issues.

Floors and bathrooms are always my priority for cleanness. For the most part I have been very pleased with the bathrooms. However, the floors still need attention.

We recently hired Stratus for regular cleaning of our church. They were very responsive to come and look over our facility and give us an estimate. We have been using the services for over a month and they are doing a wonderful job. Everything that we've asked for has been done, exactly as we asked for it. Lyndsee and her husband, Bernardo, did several jobs for my family: the yard, cleaning out and donating a storage unit, taking a huge amounts of trash to the dump, loading a uHaul, and cleaning a house for move out. They did a PHENOMENAL job on every job. They were flexible and were reasonable. They both were very professional and very hard workers. I could not recommend them enough. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.
