We were given Aaron Miller and 970 Services Roofing & Restoration as a referral after our hail storm earlier this year. They have been extremely professional every step of the way. No hassles. They upgraded us to a Class 4 roof replacement (which saved us lots of money on our insurance). Plus everyone we dealt with was so polite and professional.

These guys were incredible! Aaron went above and beyond to help me with my insurance claim, and all of the work was done quickly and beautifully with minimal interference and incredible attention to detail. I would whole heartedly use them again and recommend them for your next job!

We are so pleased with the work done by Green Top Roofing on all levels. To start, Aaron was always available for questions and went the extra step to connect with the gutter needs. Then, the men arrived early and worked very long hours to get our roof up before the upcoming storm. The clean up was carefully done and all questions were answered. I especially noticed that the roof workers were taking careful safety measure to ensure their work was carefully done. This was a huge team to get this project done in relative time. Our family used 970 Services for a half dozen jobs ranging from installing a new roof, to new floors throughout our house, to two separate decks in our back yard.

We decided to call 970 Services based on a neighbors recommendation, we really liked their team and decided to use their services for all of our projects starting with a new roof.

The roof project went really well and I never imagined the sense of security that comes with having a new roof - especially when its pouring rain outside.

The next project was repairing some of the siding and trim around the house. We are very happy with the results but were a little disappointed in how long it took. We couldn’t grasp how disappointed until days began getting shorter and colder. The house painter was literally working in the dark to finish before temperatures dropped below 40 degrees. Love the commitment to get the job done but some spots were missed, or rushed - and the quality suffered a little. Overall we were thrilled with how our house looks.

We also had new carpet, tile and vinyl floors installed throughout the house. The tile work looks awesome and we’re couldn’t be happier with that. Our carpet also looks great although there are two spots where the seams are more obvious than we would prefer. The vinyl floors look amazing despite some pretty serious blunders during the install. The end result is what really matters and the team at 970 Services made things right.

Lastly, we couldn’t be happier with our decks in the backyard. The same employee who laid our tile floors built our decks and you can really tell. The craftsmanship is just awesome. The team at 970 Services worked with our design and our budget to deliver an amazing couple of decks.

Overall, we would highly recommend 970 Services. After shopping around for contractors and hearing all the horror stories - at the end of the day, Adam and his team delivered. Did we experience a few hiccups and breakdowns of communication? Yes, but when you consider the scope of these projects - things went a lot smoother than we really expected.

We had 970 do just about everything- drywall, paint, trim, two stories worth of flooring, bathroom tile black splash, caulking, etc, I cannot speak highly enough of their work ethic and quality. There is not one error in the entirety of their work, and I truly couldn’t be happier working with them. They were flexible when I had unexpected medical situation that disrupted my schedule and they worked with our insurance. 5+ stars!!!
