We have used D.N.I. for over 20 yrs . We called for service on March 4th . on our humidifier . They sent furnace tech. Joe Johnson . Joe was right on time , very polite and very informative. He walked us thru the steps he was taking to resolve our problem . Would not hesitate to have him work with us again in the future . Great job D.N. I. .thx Corinne Stout .

Not a good company at all. Too hidden charges and there tec sit and wait for hours before start the work play on the phone. But clock is running and clint is paying for it. don't recommend at all.

Luke and Scott were great. Very personable and professional. We are a busy manufacturing facility and they were able to replace 6 toilets in 4 bathrooms quickly with little to no disruption for our employees. Highly Recommended!

DNI has been taking care of our heating and AC needs for so many years I can't remember when they started. They come right away when needed, figure it out and get us warm or cool ASAP. Excellent business with high standards and knowledgeable people running things. Thank you so much!!!! Braydon figured it out today and informed us of the possible future outcomes. Nice guy too. Cory installed a Halo 5 water treatment system and we are very pleased. Cory did a great job, and he was very personable and knowledgeable. Much better water now.

5 stars fir DNI! They responded to my request on repairs and sent an experienced tech to do the job. We were up and running in about an hour.
I will keep them in mind for future repairs etc..

We had a great experience with D.N.I. for our furnace replacement. From the technician, Mark, who first came to inspect the issue, to Chris who we worked with for replacement options, to TJ and Anthony who came today and did the replacement and removal of our old furnace. Everyone was extremely knowledgable, courteous and responsive. Once we were ready to schedule, they were able to fit us in the next day. The removal and replacement of our furnace was done within a couple of hours, and they cleaned up the area well. We'll definitely work with them again for any HVAC needs.

The service to repair our hot water heater was prompt, on time, and done the same day. I would not hesitate to call DNI again! Scott was great - humorous, smart, and efficient. Terrific experience all around

I called DNI during the recent cold spell and they were fantastic! I called late on Saturday night and Zach was at my father-in-laws home within the hour. While we weren’t able to replace the part immediately to restore heat, Zach called to update me the next day to let me know the status. On Monday morning, Zach had already passed along the information to the office and one of the owners called me to fill me in on our options. Monday at 12:30 pm, Chris met us at the home to replace the part and the house was back to its tropical temperatures before dinner. I cannot thank this company enough for their impeccable customer service and impressive work ethic. You have gained a new customer in myself as well as an outstanding reputation. I will recommend you to everyone needing HVAC services. Thank you!

DNI is my go-to contractor for anything HVAC or plumbing. They’ve consistently done great work at a fair price. They always show up on time and I’ve never had a callback issue with anything they’ve completed on my home systems or commercial systems. Their field techs are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and their office staff holds those same values.
Great company

A scam of a company. I would not recommend it to anyone. Charged me an insane amount and didn't even fix the issue, due to insufficient diagnostics being performed and "assuming it would fix it," leading to additional "trip charges" to properly diagnose it, and then trying to charge over $4k on top of that to fix it. No care that the tech didn't previously diagnose the problem correctly, leading to incorrect charges that were not a part of the actual fixing of it.

D&I have done an excellent job! This was a large job with many units & previously unfinished systems as well that all needed to be installed & pass inspection! D&I got the job done & we finally passed our last inspection! Great job!

We had no ac since moving into our apartment. Our landlord finally replaced the ac unit using this company. They ran into some challenges that caused a delay but they were willing to stay late until the job was finished, despite the job being in greeley and the employee living in Denver. We are ao greatful for the work they did. Very friendly and respectful.
