Nature's Choice Cleaning is always stellar. I have used them for Standard, scheduled cleanings, Deep cleans and Moving cleaning. Amber and all her employees do a great job and I haven't had a bad experience during the last 3 years that I've been using them. They are trustworthy, do a great job cleaning and I always feel like there is something little that is above and beyond every time they are here. The communication is great and their prices are competitive within the industry.

They helped us get our house ready for showings and an open house on very little notice, and Sunshine did an outstanding job! She was incredibly friendly, and made the house spotless. It was a huge stress relief, which was greatly needed. I'll be calling again when it's time to actually move.

I hired Nature's Choice to help me get my house deep cleaned as I have a small toddler and have no free time at the moment- they did a wonderful job and I am so happy!! The crew was really nice and they did an excellent job. I will definitely be having them come back monthly to do a maintenance clean.

My sister was helping my mom move out of her apartment, they were able to arrive on short notice which we were very grateful for.

The 2 girl crew was courteous, professional and did a great job of cleaning the 1 bedroom apartment getting it ready to rent. We were very happy with their services and would recommend!

I have been using this company on and off since 2018. First move out clean I hired them for, excellent and above my expectations. 2022 as mantainence cleanings, Hannah was excellent.
Since then I haven't received a cleaner that lives up to my standard expectations. It's kinda unfortunate because I absolutely need a good house cleaner for my home.

I don't know if I will continue services after this recent go around in 2024.

Update: as of September 2024 this company will not be my first choice in cleaning my home. The "deep" cleaning done was not completed correctly, the sense of urgency to correct the situation just did not seem to be there, schedules did not line up for them to come out to address the issue (they said the next day, I agreed, then they changed the date). Also, I'm sure they're still expecting me to pay $500+ for the deep cleaning.

The deep cleaning was no better than the daily chores my kids and I do everyday between weekly cleanings (wiping counters, mopping floors). Fans were not dusted, baseboards were not wiped, most counters still had crumbs after wiping. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, she let one of the ladies know, who then proceeded to knock on my door during a work meeting to ask questions.

I really do not know what happened with the quality of the cleaners that work for this company, but it has changed and unfortunately not for the better.

Amber was helpful in rearranging her team schedule(late evening) to accommodate my need for a deep clean the next day due to a schedule misunderstanding. She sent a team of four due to a time constraint I had. Jamie, Jessica, Sylvia and Roberto were friendly, professional and worked hard and smart to clean my home well😊

This is the first time I’ve asked for help cleaning my house. An out of state retirement followed immediately by us hosting a wedding has me crunched for time. Our cleaning crew was amazing, so good at what they do and so nice and friendly to work with! I appreciate how hard Amber worked to get me on the schedule today and will definitely call again when I need help. I might even schedule so bathroom deep cleaning dates!

I needed a thorough cleaning of my 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home after my daughter, her fiance and their 2 rabbits moved out, leaving quite a mess ( my daughter did pay for half of the cleaning). I had never had my home professionally cleaned before, so wasn't sure what to expect with such a large amount of work needing to be done, but Jessica, Sylvia and Alberto showed up on time and worked diligently to get the house cleaned to my satisfaction. At the end I was asked to check out their work and let them know if they missed any areas, and didn't leave until I was completely satisfied. I was very impressed with their hard work and willingness to make me completely happy with their work...and I was. I will be using them again....and not waiting so long next time!

The night before we were scheduled, there was a big storm, so the roads weren’t safe. We were trying to get our house cleaned before we had out of town guests. Over the next couple of days, they worked with us and rearranged their hectic schedule to have someone come. Alyssa did a wonderful job, and we plan on using these guys again! I wish I could give six stars!

Amber and her team were amazing. They were the most detailed and professional cleaning service I have ever experienced. No stone was left unturned and the cleaning was in depth. If they had a 10 star rating available, I’d give it.

I came across a positive review on Reddit for a local cleaning service, and decided to hire NCC for a last-minute move-out clean. They were able to come on a Saturday, and the woman who cleaned was fantastic. She followed the checklist provided by the apartment complex, and the place looked amazing when she was done. We really appreciate all they did for us. (We did not take any before or after pictures as we were too busy getting everything out of the apartment.)

Fantastic service. They arranged a deep clean of house with 48 hours notice. Team arrived on time and were efficient and detailed in cleaning. Highly recommend!

Easy to schedule, they used their time well, and I'm thrilled to have the help! I was able to organize and put things away as they handled the base cleaning, and I plan on having them back!
