First Point has been out to our home for two projects. Both have gone great. They were very professional and thorough. They went above and beyond the required scope for the repairs in our bathroom and our kitchen. I highly recommend Devon and his team!!!

These guys are honest & very trustworthy!! I had them replace my privacy fence that was falling over. They showed up on time and did great quality work. The crew are respectful and know what they are doing.
I asked them about fixing other things inside & outside my home.. I will definitely be using them for all my repairs..

Our basement was damaged by water several years ago, and although we had the critical work completed at that time, we later had part of the basement sub floor warp and buckle. I contacted First Point Construction based on a recommendation I received. The entire crew were responsive and professional, and completed the work in the scheduled time, helping us manage costs as well. I highly recommend First Point Construction, and would definitely use them again if the need arose.

The service provided was not listed , we had our window wells repaired.
Very impressed with the work done . Not only the work but how pleasant the woman working on our house was. She worked with our meeting schedules. She Took time to make our critters comfortable with her in the back yard. She paid extreme attention to detail. She was kind enough before starting her day to check in with us and our meetings scheduled for the day and worked around us !! Thank you for a very EASY experience!!

We had a water loss and mold remediation project in our basement at our house in West Denver. Very quick to respond, clear communication and quality work once completed. Easy to reach staff and accommodating for schedule changes on our end. Highly recommended for any construction project.

We had a water leak that caused damage on the side of our home. First Point Construction came to our rescue! The crew was on time each work day and kept us informed on what was happening. Crew cleaned up each day and was very polite and easy to work with. We can not say enough good things about this company. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful - from the office staff, estimator and crew. The crew was very respectful of our property and our animals, which we appreciate. We highly recommend First Point Construction!!!

I called and scheduled to have first point construction come out and fix my back door. For some reason, the sliding mechanism wasn’t allowing it to open. They were more than welcoming and got me on the schedule pretty fast. Upon their arrival, I asked if they would look at the front door knob as well They were super accommodating and took care of it. Will definitely be calling them again in the future!

I recently had First Point Construction come to my house to clean the ventilation system. The service was amazing and they provided top notch service. Their employee, Will, was great! He was polite, courteous and reliable. He was on time and got the job done in just the right amount of time, while still providing an excellent outcome. I would HIGHLY recommend First Point Construction and if you’re just as lucky as me you will get a great technician like Will! Thanks for the amazing service and I will definitely be calling you again!

We had First Point Construction out to clean our ducts. Our house is 60 years old and I can honestly say we are breathing easier. Alan did a great job and was friendly. I would recommend First Point Construction to do your ducts!

First Point construction came and did an air duct cleaning at my house. The technician was on time and efficient. He made sure to let me know when I should have them cleaned again and showed me pictures from the process because I asked. All in all great experience, I plan to use them for future renovations to my home.

First Point was AMAZING! They took their time replacing the damaged trim in my bathroom and the paint was done beautifully! The techs were very great at communication and making sure I was satisfied before they finished for the day. Shout out to the office for also communicating and updating me with the information I needed. Thank you so much! I’ll be returning for future services.

I had an excellent experience with FirstPoint (specifically Garret and Brett) on my large-scale kitchen renovation and patio construction. Their attention to detail and quality craftsmanship truly set them apart. The team was always responsive and professional, keeping me informed every step of the way. Most importantly, their thorough approach ensured everything was done right. Even when things unexpectedly occur (scheduling delays or scope adjustments due to newly discovered items) as they do on large scale projects, they were always at the forefront of the solution and had a "client-first" mentality. Expect to use them for many future projects in the years to come.

I recently had First Point out to help with a dishwasher leak. The water technicians did an amazing job of explaining the process and the office was easy to work with. I have a hard schedule to work with sometimes and they made me feel prioritized and built a start to finish timeline for the process. Cheers

Jacob came right after we had a toilet flood our upstairs and into our garage. He was very thorough with his inspection and got right to mediating the problem. He worked very clean. It was honestly the cleanest demo and reconstruction I had ever seen. He went above and beyond to protect the rest of our house from the demolition and equipment brought in and out as well. First Point has been so great coordinating with our insurance as well, and has been in clear contact with us through the whole project from start to finish. Ivan did an amazing job on our finishing reconstruction and it looks like the areas were never even affected.
Clear communication, cleanliness and efficiency from both techs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I recommend them to everyone now.

At first Brett & team were very engaged, responsive and organized. It was after committing that ALL of that changed. The day they were supposed to start we were notified last minute that the PM was actually on vacation and the job couldn’t start that week. We were told the same people would show up for the project every day. That also did not happen. We had different team members nearly every day. This caused confusion among their team. One day no work could be completed because they didn’t have the right materials. 🤷🏼‍♀️ What was a three day project turned into nearly a month long. On top of that, no pictures were ever provided of what was found and the original estimate increased because they accessed a room they originally told us they would seal off. Again Different team members nearly every day, most likely caused this miscommunication and resulted in us being charged more money. I’ve sent a voicemail to Brett nearly 4 days ago have not gotten a response or an acknowledgement. The job has been completed 99% of the way and they completed the removal of the mold which we are grateful for. However, in the end, we experienced a lack of communication from their team. We have multiple emails to show that we had to take initiative in reaching out first we will not be using them for the build back. They clearly did not respect our time that we had taken off I openly shared with Brett that the operations arm of their team needed work.

Had some guys come to my mother and My child's apartment to fix a leak issues that had been goin on for months. They came to "fix" a water leak.. I was present to make sure the issue was being addressed and fixed. As well as there to vist my child & keep an eye out. Come to find out, my mother received an eviction notice because I Allegedly told the work that I "LIVE" at the apartment. My mother is on the verge of eviction because of he said, she said. I find it very unprofessional and frivolous.

This was a below average contractor. They are short on employees. They do not keep appointments nor communicate. I was very disappointed. Fortunately I only lost about $500. This company was great at some point but that is no longer the case.

One star for completing the work halfway. Would give no stars due to your crew stealing several thousands worth of family heirlooms. Not much help from ownership except denial - ‘no thefts in 20years”. Funny because some of the crew appears to have just graduated high school and new because he’s painting with his finger. Wouldn’t recommend FPC unless you keep a close eye on them. EDIT - now you lie about the claim! Necklace was never claimed, you made it up. How low of you to lie and make up false information on a review to the public. In fact, followed up with the police as I’ve video on the nanny cam of the guys in the room & one goes into the closet. In fact they claim FPC wasn’t helpful, nothing returned (as the police have the video and FPC was supposed to interview their personnel who were on the job - FPC response was they’re letting the police handle it). Nothing fishy about this claim, your company is untrustworthy and your response to the review illustrates that culture of avoiding responsibly or blaming a customer. Notice the trend in one star reviews, buyer beware!

At first they were responsive and then everything fell apart. I chose them because I met Brett at Home Depot and talked about Behr paint. Their estimate was high but we went with them. At first they set appointments that we didn’t agree to and they didn’t show. Then people showed up out of the blue to do different jobs like cutting back the trees. They bought Sherwin Williams paint (inferior paint due to consumer reports) and we asked them to switch to Behr. They got Behr samples but they used the overpriced Sherwin Williams to paint and didn’t tell us and then fought us about that decision. They sent a crew that didn’t speak english and it was a problem when they asked us to open the garage doors as we didn’t understand what they were asking for. The crew used a microwave to warm their lunch and they plugged it into the garage. They blew an GFI but didn’t tell us. After that I thought that the fridge broke and we lost hundreds of dollars of food while the crew watched me throw the food away. Then a week later found that the sprinkler system wasn’t working. It took an electrician to figure out the GFI (located in the basement) was tripped. Our expensive manicured lawn and plants were dying. At that point First Point asked me for a written complaint. My father has been in ICU thru this whole time and my mother was in a car accident and hospitalized too. There was no empathy. Also, the crew shut off the water to the pond but I caught it quickly. They also left food trash all over the lawn, tape all over the yard and on the roof and did not put back the heavy stuff they removed to paint. We cannot physically put back the heavy stuff. Management fought us all the way. They continued to make appointments without asking us if we were available (we were not). The worst company we have ever worked for which was worse considering our situation. They are horrible and have no empathy.
