Electrical reviews in Monument, Colorado

Great service and pricing!
Sergii and his workers replaced all of the light switches, recepticles and cover plates in my house. Also replaced several shop lights in my garage.
The work was professionally done and his workers showed care and respect for my house and furnishings during their work.
I highly recommend their services!

I’ve used Upgrade several times in the last month and they have been very prompt, communicative and fair priced on both of the jobs at my house.

Upgrade came recommended to me by another contractor and I’ve not been disappointed. I would recommend them to anybody.

5/5

Very nice and professional, came out to our house within 3 days of first talking to him. Had to run 50amp wire from our fuse box other side of house in basement to our garage and installed charging station for our new EV. Would highly recommend.

Sergi and team were very responsive and professional. They did a great job on my install at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Sergii was awesome and came the same day we called him. We had just moved in and didn't have power in a part of our house and he fixed it in no time! Would highly recommend and use Upgrade Electric again!

Sergei was super responsive on the phone. They arrived on time and talked me through the different options of where to put my EV charger. They installed it all very quickly and cleaned up that part of the garage when they were done. Very happy with their services.

Sergii, Keegan, and Ryan were amazing and professional and did a great job installing my ceiling fans. I appreciate all of their help. The space was limited and the job was hot but now it will be cooler. Thank you again and I recommend anyone who needs electrical services to go to them.

Sergii came by today and installed a new Sub-Panel in our basement. He and his assistant arrived on time, and reviewed our project and work area with us. He asked pertinent questions to insure that our desired results and options were firmly established and understood. Then they went to work. They were fast, polite and professional. I offer my Highest Recommendation for this very excellent company, and the team that makes it so.

Great experience all around! Booking was fast and simple, and communication was excellent. We had roughly 40 outlets and 8 switches changed, and the team was efficient, respectful, and very careful in our home. Really impressed with both the company and the crew—would absolutely recommend them.

Sergi and his team were truly professional, fast, and reasonable price. They do clean work and got the job done in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and I would not hesitate to hire them again. They are now my go to electric company. Awesome team!

Sergii and Ryan did a great job in installing my Free2Move EV charger for my Dodge EV. They were absolute professionals, expert electricians, easy going, and did a fabulous job in a timely manner! Their rate was very competitive, and they also provide military discount on top of that…what a trooper! Thank you Sergii and Ryan for a job well done! Couldn’t ask for a better service. -RKuo-

Sergii and the team were great! Pricing was VERY competitive and response time was quick! They communicated effectively from initial quote to final install for our garage EV charger install and even added a couple outlets for us while on site!

We have had a few miscellaneous needs over the last few months and Sergi did an outstanding job. He was responsive, timely, and professional, along with his team.

Sergii was great to work with. He came inspected what needed to be done and gave a very good fare price for service! Came back when we were ready and got all the work done quickly and exactly how I wanted it. I would recommend his service!

Sergii and his crew did a great job upgrading our electric panel and running a new circuit for our microwave. They also solved a mysterious problem of some dead outlets. All at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Sergii wired our whole new patio addition. He did an excellent job with all the lighting and heaters. He sent his crew over recently to move a light and power receptacle for us and they did a great job too. They are professional and leave things clean. Would highly recommend!

Sergii was pleasant. Discussion about where the conduit needed to be moved and made sure I was in agreement. He seemed to be efficient and knowledgeable. Pleased with the completion of his work.

Sergii responded right away via the website. A project I thought would take a few days to schedule, was completed the very next morning! 2 bathroom exhaust fans were replaced with new and quiet fans! Thank you Sergii and team! Very professional.

We had an electrical issue at our home and Sergii with upGrade Electric LLC came out the same day to diagnose and fix the problem. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain what was wrong, tested everything thoroughly, and made sure the issue was fully resolved with recommendations before leaving. It’s rare to find such prompt and quality service these days — we truly appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism.
Highly recommend upGrade Electric LLC for anyone needing reliable electrical service!

Needed a 240v outlet installed in garage. Sergii from Upscale Electric came the next day, gave a very reasonable estimate and completed the work in about 30 minutes. Seamless experience a professional work! Highest recommendation!

Sergii responsed quickly with a phone call and was able to listen to my request and concerns. He came out for the estimate and scheduled for later in the week and arrived on time. I requested a new line (50 amp) for a kiln as well as the hookup connection for my new EV charger (ChargePoint). He was able to get both done on the same day. Super friendly and super fast. I would not hesitate to have any work completed by them. I am already thinking of more ideas. Great company with great electrians. Easy to work with and was able to work around my ideas.
