Excavating Contractor reviews in Northglenn, Colorado

It was so easy to work with Ricardo. The fact that he cleans and scopes sewers makes the process seamless. His pricing is fair. I will definitely use the services again.

They were great.

This guys are problem solvers!

First to show up , on time , work done fast , happy with my experience

Recardo and his team are professional, great work quality, and quick. I highly recommend them

I was selling my house and they found a crack in my line that needed to be repaired In order for me to close on the house. They came out and gave me the best deal I can find and pulled permits. Thank you guys. Will recommend to others.

These people don't even have a License or Insurance. On their website it states they have both, But when you ask for a copy or look them up on the Colorado State website you can't find them and they will not give it to you. Prove to me you have both and I'll take this down and apologize with 5 Stars...that is how confident I am that you do not posses either.

Incredible work, very transparent, honest, fast, and trustworthy.

Ricardo and crew do a great job! Used then several tines. Awesome

RS Services was great to work with. Ricardo returned calls and communicated promptly during the course of the work he did for us.
I would highly recommend his services!

I highly recommend RS services ! They did an amazing job at changing my sewer pipe from my house to the street line! They were extremely professional, they got the job done very well, and they have reasonable prices! I am very happy with my experience with the company and encourage people to use their services.

I hired this crew to replace a main sewer line. They have done a great job. Very professional, on time and very competitive price. No doubts I will be using them again and recommend to anybody in need for such service.

We had a Service Line Leak and were told by Consolidated Mutual Water Company to hire a plumber. I found RS Services online and they responded very quickly. They did a fantastic job! Very professional and great value! I highly recommend this company!

Unfortunately, my experience with Ricardo was very bad and I cannot recommend using R&S.

The line I was trying to replace was complex in very sandy soil. After several setbacks and delays, we finally had a proposed date to do the work which we schedudle 2 weeks in advance. Exactly one week before work was supposed to start, I called to verify dates. Ricardo told me he thought those dates would work (he chose those dates, so not sure why they wouldn't work) and that he'd call me that night to confirm.

Two days go by and I received nothing from Ricardo, so I started calling and texting almost daily over next 5 days. No response whatsoever. If he didn't want to do the job, that's fine - just tell me that instead of ignoring all my attempts to reach him. Definitely do not recommend.

My Experience with Ricardo Chavez Was a 12 out of 10. He gets the highest grades for promptness, knowledge, and congeniality. He was efficient in getting his tools out and going to work. I respect him for his work ethic and his go getter attitude. It was a quite a pleasure to have him help us with our problem and if I need his help with our drainage situation he is at the Top of my list to call back. He is trustworthy and showed fully integrated honesty in the way he gave advice.

Every aspect of RS Services was very professional. Ricardo and his team work well together. Our site while invasive for sewer line replacement was done with care to minimize damage to our lawn and property. They left everything neat and clean when finished. I recommend them very highly. 100% satisfied! Great Job!

As a real estate agent in the area I am so impressed by Ricardo and his team with their quick response and help. They have helped work through the obstacles in place to help my seller get their sewer line repaired and have done so professionally. Always have an answer to our questions and answer promptly. Plus competitive pricing! I will continue to use/recommend RS Services moving forward.

Ricardo and his crew did an awesome job replacing our sewer line. He did a pipe burst on the line and explained to us throughout the whole process what was going on. Ricardo is a natural leader and he is straightforward, honest, and communicative. His pricing was extremely competitive and he and his team were a pleasure to work with.

Ricardo and his team were able to fix my sewer line break within a day. Our main line was backing up and we were unable to use any water in our home. He came out quickly, was extremely professional, and did a great job for a great value. I would recommend RS Services for anyone needing any sewer repair!

From GCs to homeowners looking for very responsive and thorough services I highly recommend R&S Sewer and Water Repairs for any relevant needs.

Ricardo does an amazing job. He is my go to for quick and honest bids and reasonable repairs. He’s the best and has saved my clients thousands of dollars.
