I have used this restoration company for my rentals and 2 of my personal homes. I was in a bad jam last year when my basement flooded and the project was done just as my family was arriving for thanksgiving ! I was stressed, but James Thomas made sure everything was on point and on time for hosting my family over the holidays.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Windows were not flashed correctly at install, and not fixed the second time. It took the third time and several explanations from the client what proper flashing looks like. Seems odd that the client has to educate the PM and window installer why the flashing isn't correct and doesn't meet code requirements.
Siding improperly installed and parapet damaged during install. Fresh water leaking through the ceiling. Windows and siding, are not an area of your home you would want done incorrectly.

I would not recommend this company to anybody. Not only does the Project manager, James Thomas, rarely show up to the job site....but when he does he is completely disconnected from the work being performed. Almost every aspect and every detail of this project went poorly, without exaggeration. And I truly believe that if we had an qualified/competent project manager, that this project would have actually went well. This company loves to not take any responsibility for their actions, but rather blame their subcontractors for any and all problems....subcontractors HIRED BY PMS! Please save yourself headaches and avoid hiring this company! There are way to many other options out there to settle with swidlers and shysters.
