I found them on Thumbtack this morning because my father didn't have heat and they made it to the property with in a hour of our conversation. Conner was wonderful communication was great and the furnace was fixed before 1pm.

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism. Other companies I have hired in the past never really care about their finished product. Kodey and Kieran blew me out of the water with the breaker box replacement. Very refreshing to see.

Cody roughed in my entire garage. He fixed and upgraded all the outlets and fixtures in my kitchen. He’s prompt, fast and quality. He’s a total professional. I could do it myself but I still prefer to call Cody because I trust his work.

Nick, was not only a master electrician but incredibly kind, but highly informative, and a top notch professional! I had a great experience with Pulse Home Services. I called yesterday and they were to the house the next day. Orlando showed up early, which I was notified that he was on his way, so it worked out alot better than being late. Orlando was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, had great suggestions and was very professional the whole time. He was very thorough in laying out my options and ended up getting the service in a timely manner. I will definitely be calling them when I need help again which is just a matter of time with an aging house and always a need for electrician work. It was also nice that Orlando served his country in the military and he was very welcoming to talk to and work with. Thank you!

Had Kodey and his apprentice Kieran come out to our house to diagnose a couple of outlets that were not working. Kodey found the problem within 20 minutes and fixed it quickly. He was easy going and fun to talk to. Would recommend pulse.

Nick sherman and Cody Krueger make a great team and Nick especially brought his friendly, professional, expertise and explained everything to me in detail so I know what to expect. With his associate Cody, they ran into some problems that the job required they work three extra hours to complete! They did so working hard, diligently and completing it as quickly as they can also keeping me involved every step of the way. Even after a long days hard work, they were very friendly at the end providing me the invoice as stated even with the extra work in time, I truly recommend Pulse Electric especially Nick and Cody!

I had a sink disaster and really needed someone fast. I contacted Pulse through Thumbtack and they came out the same night. The plumber, Damien Brauer, was very knowledgeable and skillful on of being a real nice guy! I appreciated very much his explanations of what was going wrong and what needed to be done. A few days later the job needed tweaking and Damien came out and handled it in no time. A very positive experience.

Orlando with Pulse Home, LLC. was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He not only was honest, but educated me about the electrical processes and possible issues that I could incur with my home. He mentioned that some "builder quality" issues are very typical in newer homes and suggested some future steps to take to ensure the longevity of the electrical system in my home. Orlando was easily the most honest and upfront contractor I have worked with in a while. Wonderful employee and an even better person! I would recommend this company 10 out of 10 times.

My wife and I are new to Denver and to the house we live in. Moving into an older home has its challenges and I’m usually up for fixing or maintaining almost anything. I draw the line though at electrical issues. My wife suggested I use Thumbtack to find an electrician. Pulse Home Services LLC was highly rated and so I scheduled an appointment which was really easy. My appointment was on a Sunday afternoon and I was glad they could fit it in before the Broncos played.

Sunday morning, the electrician, Orlando, let me know that he could come by an hour earlier which I was more than happy to agree to. I directed him to the electrical panel when he arrived and then to the outlet where I thought the problem initiated. He identified the problem quickly and showed me how he was going to fix it. He was all done in 30 minutes.

I’m glad I didn’t try to fix this on my own. Quite frankly, I would have wasted a day or two easily in trying to fix the issue. Orlando not only fixed my problem quickly, but did a cursory assessment of my electrical system at the panel. I learned a few things and he didn’t try and sell me on anything. All he did was emphasize how important it was to keep up with parts aging out.

Quality Work, Fair Pricing, and They Made It Right
I intentionally waited to post this review until all work was fully completed. After dealing with multiple pinhole leaks in our home (thanks, Thornton Water 🙄), we decided it was time to re-pipe the entire house, replacing copper piping with PEX in November.
We found Pulse Home Service on Thumbtack and received quotes from two other companies as well. Pulse was by far the most competitive. They also included upgrades—such as shower valves—at no additional cost, while other companies charged extra for those same items.
Damien and Ethan did excellent, high-quality work on the re-pipe. They took their time and even added extra days to ensure everything was done correctly, which we truly appreciated.
The only reason this review took so long to write was due to a damaged toilet that needed replacement. Finding a like-for-like match for a discontinued ivory-colored toilet turned into a challenge for everyone involved. Jordan and Damien worked through it with us, and after a little over a month, we ultimately decided to switch to bright white to resolve the issue more efficiently. I appreciate that Pulse stood by their work and replaced the toilet—they genuinely try to do the right thing for their customers.
My only constructive feedback is to be cautious about overpromising. I did have to do most of the follow-up to keep things moving, but in the end, everything was addressed and resolved.
I would absolutely recommend Pulse Home Service. They deliver quality work at a competitive price, and when something goes wrong, they fix it. Also, a special shoutout to the ladies behind the scenes—they were an absolute pleasure to work with and deserve more credit for keeping them organized!

Pulse Home Services recently replaced our gas boiler and AC systems, Jordan and Nick (the co-owners) are very enthusiastic and knowledgable.

Jordan's quote for the job was for half of what our previous provider's quoted, and for a more premium system. Plus he gave me the impression of being thoughtful, honest and really caring about the work: he clearly loves what he does.

In fact the whole team from Pulse Home Services, the electrician, AC installers, plumbers and apprentices were smart, professional and great to deal with.

Special shoutout to Damien the plumbing specialist too, who worked very hard and late to minimize our inconvenience from the shut-off of water and heat, while doing beautiful work on our pipes in the boiler room! He's a real craftsman, and our boiler room looks great.

We hired Pulse Home Services to install a tankless water heater this past spring and to replace our HVAC system last month, and we couldn’t be happier with both experiences.

I found Pulse Home Services on Thumbtack yesterday and got incredibly lucky with a same-day appointment with Orlando. The front office was immediately responsive and made scheduling seamless.

Orlando was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained electrical panel care clearly and walked me through flood light installation options.

We have had 2 excellent experiences with the Electricians at Pulse Home Services. Our first was with Nick, whose fantastic customer service, knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made us feel confident we finally found a company we would stick with for future issues. That sentiment was reaffirmed today when we had Temo out to address an unrelated issue. Temo not only completed the job efficiently and respectfully (cleaned up everything better than he found it!), he went so far above and beyond to help me with 2 totally unrelated issues in my home. Not only that, he took the time to educate me and equip me to troubleshoot problems in the future. What more could you ask for? The Pulse standard for customer service and expertise is unmatched. They both prioritized my convenience and comfort, educated me on how to care for my home, explained in detail for me to make informed decisions, and never once felt like they were trying to do anything beyond helping me address my concerns (vs. trying to sell me a product or service). Highly recommend.

Recently, our carbon monoxide/smoke detectors kept going off. We found out from the fire department that all (8) of them should have been replaced years ago.
They are all hardwired, so we attempted to find the same unit. After several trips to the hardware store, we still couldn't find the right replacements that we could just plug into the wires that were already in the ceiling.
After consulting AI, we decided to hire an electrician. I had reached out to Pulse Home Services for a quote on another job, but the company that came out before them told me it was a super easy fix, so I cancelled the appointment with Pulse.
I decided to give them a try with the smoke detectors since Bernadette was such a pleasure to work with when I was setting up the previous appointment. She was super nice and very responsive.
Kody came out to look at everything. He was actually early to the appointment, but called me before he came to make sure early was ok. He gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and then gave me a few options to pick from based on price.
I told him to go ahead and move forward and he said he could get it done within a couple of hours the same day, which was great! He went out and got all the replacement detectors, installed them and also took care of installing a surge protector in our electrical box as he said CO law has changed and if we sell we will have to have one installed.
He did a great job and he was done in the time he told me it would take. He was super friendly, professional, and he made sure to clean up after he finished.
I will definitely be calling this company again if I have any issues moving forward and I will ask for Kody!
