David Saenz the operations manager came out to our house to give us an estimate for completing the fireplace installation of marble/stone and squaring our bottom 3 stairs so we could complete the vinyl planking on our staircase. He sent us a quote right away but when I asked him to separate out the quote for the two separate jobs he didn’t respond. When my wife called to check the status David first lied and said that he didn’t see my email and then explained that if he hired them to do the two jobs separately that stairs would actually be $200 more. We would have likely hired them to do both jobs but since it was an all or nothing deal and they were unresponsive I would not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. I would not hire or feel comfortable working with a contractor that changes their estimate arbitrarily. In our experience talking to them is a waste of time since there are a lot of good companies out there that can do this kind of work

My basement flooded due to a leak from the waterline to the refrigerator in our upstairs kitchen. In a panic, we google searched help with flood damage and ERC came up first. They responded quickly which was a huge relief. They did a great job quickly mitigating the damage - removing damaged carpet, drywall, insulation, and drying out the space for repair. Repairing the damage did not go well. Carpet was not installed (stretched) properly, coming up, buckling, seams visible. Hardwood floor was repaired sloppy - stain all over all trim, walls, doors, appliances, etc. (didn't remove trim to sand/stain flooring). Had to re-do the hardwood floors after they finished due to dragging appliances back into place leaving scratches all over newly finished flooring. Communication was a struggle, would wait days for updates, not showing up when promised - often days later with no communication. Overall quality of repair was extremely poor. If I could go back, I would hire for mitigation only and find a different company to put the house back together.

it all started when my tenants noticed water on the floor behind toilet called a plumber and they said shower value was leaking, needed a restoration company to come in and clean up all the water, I called ERC restoration company they came in evaluated the damage, all the walls behind the shower were wet, tore out bathtub, floors, vanity, etc. Dried out the bathroom, laundry room and had it all back together in two weeks' time. since I had renters in there it was very important to get the damage repaired ASAP.
