    Alex and Aqua Strong Hood Cleaning are the best hood cleaners I have ever found. I coordinate the cleaning of 7 restaurant locations and have been for about 8 years. Their attention to detail is unmatched. The last time the hoods were this clean is when they were installed, and I am not joking. They clean every fan blade, every duct, open every access panel, move every piece of equipment under the hood they can, and make sure to get the systems clean. They take as long as is needed to do the job right. They are invaluable to me and the safety of my facilities. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing hood cleaning.
