My daughter and son-in law used this business when I was staying with them. I saw up close the work Shaun did. He’s very professional and has a desire to give the best service to his clients. While he was planting 8 trees for them, it came a huge rainstorm. That didn’t slow Shaun down and he finished the job. MowCo will treat you right!

I contacted several snow removal companies the Saturday morning after a major snow storm had ended and inquired about availability and pricing to plow out my elderly in-laws, who are 84 and 83, respectively, and who's drive way had been blocked in by snow drifts and they had no way to get out. At approximately 10:45 AM, I contacted MowCo and was told that they were just beginning to do their residential plowing and that they could absolutely fit us in. At their request, I sent them the address and informed my in-laws that the plow driver would be out that day to clear their driveway for them so they would not be trapped. 2 hours after they agreed to do the job, I sent a second text reminding them to contact me for payment. At 3:45 that afternoon, we contacted my wife's parents to check on the status and were told no one had showed up yet. I reached out to MowCo and was told that one of their trucks had gotten stuck and that they had sent the other 3 trucks home for the day and that they would not be making it out. I was told that he had contacted the other customers that were impacted but apparently forgot to contact me. In addition, I was told that he was in the process of contacting particular customers to reschedule for Monday but did not offer to do so for us. Now, I understand accidents happen that are out of a business's control but the lack of customer service in not contacting me is egregious, especially when they had multiple texts from me that day. Had I been notified earlier, I could have made arrangements with another service to come and do the job but because of their lack of customer concern/service, I was unable to find anyone to plow out my in-laws and will not be able to for the next several days as no one is open on Sundays.

My wife and I just recently finished building our house in the springs and Shaun and his team took care of us perfectly. They did our whole landscape front and back yard fast and just how we wanted. Shaun was also very kind and easy to talk to when the wife had some unexpected last minute changes she wanted. He is young but he is professional and gets the job done right! Shaun and his crew arrived at our place on time, ready for the job. Our project involved setting flagstone pavers on a ready made gravel path. The guys laid the heavy stones out first to make sure the design met our approval. Then went to work setting in and leveling. These guys are professional & know their work. They did a beautiful job to our landscape. An added bonus is all the guys were super nice. Shaun assured us to contact them, if any of their work needed adjustments. To us customer service is gold. Shaun and his crew displayed that.

These guys did some work at my property last week. All I have to say is wow. Shaun and James were very communicative and made sure everything was done perfectly. These guys are the best! Shaun scheduled a day to come give me an estimate and got back to me within 3 days. 1 week after that James and his crew came in and got the job done efficiently. They are honest, transparent and extremely hard working. I would recommend these guys to absolutely anybody. Not to mention they are very competitively priced. Shaun and his crew came out to fix a few issues in my yard as well as work on some general clean up and touch up on some mulch and breeze material for our walkway. They went above and beyond what I expected, and took a lot of care in making my yard look manicured and ready for the warmer months ahead. I contacted this company to grade and prep my front yard for mulch and install a dry creek bed.

Communication: Shaun was prompt with his communication. He responded to any and all questions within a very reasonable amount of time.

Reliability: From first communication Shaun showed up when he said he would show up and did everything he said he would do. He was also kind enough to share some ideas and education with me since I chose to do the remainder of the work diy to save money.

Affordability: Of the many bids I received Mowco was the most cost friendly. I was getting bids all over the place and even some that seemed predatory.

Install: Shaun and his crew showed up at 8am and got to work, on one of the hottest days of the summer so far mind you. They were done by 3pm. They fulfilled the job and cleaned up very well after themselves.
