Ryan and his team did an outstanding job. We had the typical, small, and bland Meridian Ranch backyard and Ryan turned it into our own oasis. After interviewing multiple landscaping companies, it was apparent that Summit View Landscapes was above the rest. Tyler and Samuel did an excellent job on our front yard, all materials were brought in as needed very well organized and professional, summit view did our backyard last year too, would highly recommend for landscape or concrete work too.

DONT skimp on landscape! Hiring a true professional and SME DO matter. I regret being impatient and not waiting on Ryan last year for my front yard but at least got it right for the back. He is honest and does full walk through and orientation and is still responsive post install if you have questions or concerns.

Learn from me, get it right the first time because hiring a poor Landscape designer always will cost more in the end!

Summit View is a life saver. This phenomenal company managed to schedule us into their busy schedule to replace our sod. We’re nearly an extra $20K into fixing a previous company’s $40K landscaping disaster and decided to save some cash by resodding our back yard ourselves. We quickly discovered it was too arduous to till, remove old sod and plant new sod. Ryan and his crew came out and accessed the nightmare. They gave us more than fair quote and went to town. They removed tons of old sod and poor dirt (and a hidden concrete washout), brought in 8,000 Lbs. of new soil, leveled the yard and expertly placed the new sod. They even went the extra mile and fixed the abandoned irrigation system in the center of the yard because it was the “right thing to do.” The work ethic of this company amazing. The quality of the work is envious of any other landscaping company. We no longer have dead spots from poor soil and the yard no longer has standing water in the low spots. It is like day and night. This will be the first company I call for future needs. They are worth every penny!

We recently moved to Wolf Ranch. Ryan was very helpful on our yard. He worked closely with Alyssa customize the design as we desired. His team did a great job creating our yard. The guys on our project were amazing. They proceeded even though it rained 5 days a week.

Ryan and his team did an outstanding job on my backyard. From the estimate to the install, everything was done in a timely and professional manner. I appreciated that Ryan took the time to provide me a digital drawing of what the backyard would look like. He was the only landscaper that did this while I was getting several quotes. He also submitted the required paperwork to the HOA for approval. The communication during the whole process was great. He also encouraged me to watch the install to ensure that we were happy with the way everything was being done. You will not be disappointed if you hire Ryan and his team to do your landscaping. My family loves spending time in the backyard and our kids love the synthetic grass.

I couldn't have made a better choice in landscaping companies. From the first time we met for the estimate to the last day of the job Summit View Landscapes was a joy to work with. Ryan was able to give me an estimate right away. The Summit View Landscapes crew were absolute work horses. They finished my entire back yard in a single day. Not only were they quick, but they were extremely professional, knowledgable, and careful. These guys go way above and beyond. Not only did Ryan compensate my neighbors for them allowing the team to use their property as a staging/traffic area, but he continually follows up to see how the sod in our yard is doing. Summit View Landscapes stands behind their work! If the yard starts getting even a little brown, they are right there to do what they can to make sure it comes back. Also, they submitted all the paperwork to the DRC for me. I didn't have to do a thing to get approval, it was all taken care of. Most important, the final price was not a single penny over the estimate. It was dead on. I will definitely use Summit View again in the future for any landscaping needs and will always refer people to them. You cannot go wrong with hiring Ryan and his team at Summit View Landscapes.

I couldn’t be happier with the services, rocks and plants from Summit View Landscapes! Ryan came out during the winter to brainstorm ideas on xeriscaping my front yard, which was no longer compliant with the HOA. I gave him my budget, and Ryan designed a simple and gorgeous (and complaint) front yard. They even handled the plan approvals through the HOA boards! As soon as the weather warmed up, the Summit View crew was onsite and transformed my yard in a day!

Ryan was prompt in providing a bid, and his crew moved quickly to complete the concrete work before the approaching winter freeze. We are very happy with the results and look forward to working with Summit View Landscapes again in the spring to finish our yard.

Summit View Landscapes has exceeded our expectations from the original (and exciting) plans they gave us. Seeing a plan come to fruition in such an efficient and high quality manner, that turned out more amazing than we ever imagined. We requested 2 water features and an extended concrete patio with sod in back and xeriscape in front. Our HOA guidelines were also fulfilled as Ryan knows exactly what they are in Sterling Ranch. We picked out our own trees and gave him a list of desired plants based off his recommended for plants in Colorado.
