We decided to try and see if we could put some ac in our house — it is one of those old houses downtown that always has a surprise for anyone who works on it. Called around and got a few outrageous quotes when someone gave me Jim’s number. Within a week or so he was out to the house and we worked to come up with a really great plan for the house that was incredibly reasonably priced. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism, honesty, and quality of the work. I feel like I got so lucky to work with them. And now we have lovely, cool ac that lets us sleep at night! And we’ve improved the value of our house as well. Really grateful we came across Jim!

I would give this company 10 stars if I could! Jim was kind, extremely professional, and quick with diagnosing why our heater went out on a cold Colorado night. He was able to repair the issue as quickly as possible and we will absolutely use his services again if another issue arises. I even waited a few weeks to post this review as I wanted to ensure everything is still operating smoothly - sure is! 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Called Redeemed to come out and inspect our AC system as it didn't seem to be cooling as well as it should. Also, had a small leak at the furnace unit when the AC would run. Jim did a thorough inspection of the entire system, fixed the leak that turned out to just be a clog in the pvc drain pipe, and cleaned the condenser. He was very friendly, honest, and professional, all at a great price! No upsell tactics whatsoever. I highly recommend Redeemed Heating and Air and will definitely call Jim for any future HVAC needs.

We called Jim with Redeemed Heat and Air to replace our missing vent pipe cap on our roof. Jim returned our call immediately and showed up on time today. He replaced the cap with the heavy-duty wind-resistant cap we requested and his price was very reasonable. He even reinforced it so it is super secure. He is very friendly and just a great guy. So hard to find these days. We will be calling him for our annual maintenance. We highly recommend Redeemed Heat and Air! (Independently owned, licensed, and insured company).

Outstanding Owner and Company!!! We have had a few problems with our heating system at our personal home and at our rental home, James from Redeemed heating and Air LLC was referred to us and he was amazing! James walked my husband through the process of resetting the system over the phone and in both circumstances fixed the furnace and we were up and running immediately. Jim installed my AC and whole house humidifier. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and customer service that he provided. On time, nice, friendly, respectful of my home and gave fair and honest prices.

He recently also fixed a gas leak in my furnace (not his install) and went out of his way to make sure it was done quickly and correctly.

Jim provided a second opinion on our furnace when another company just wanted to replace it. He came and did a very thorough diagnosis, found our primary heat exchanger needed replacing, and even reached out to carrier to find out it was covered under warranty. He got all the necessary parts and did the repair. Excellent service and Jim is truly the nicest person who will go above and beyond. Such a great experience!

Jim was highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. He checked my humidifier to see if it was working properly, and it was. He not only did not charge me, but also showed me how to turn off my gas in case of an emergency which I was wanting to figure out. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Awesome service from Jim! Our furnace decided to start leaking from a multitude of locations at the same time. It took a few visits to get them all resolved, but Jim finally got our system in good order. The whole time he was in touch and just a text away, which is so hopeful vs others where you can only call and have to wait and hope you get a call back.

Our air condition stopped working and after getting a quote for $14,000 to replace both furnace and a/c from another company, I called Jim to get a second opinion.

I’m not local—we’ve had an Airbnb there for 13 years—and when people hear out of town and Airbnb, they try to get as much money out of us as possible. I don’t mind paying if that’s the cost, but we knew our situation could be fixed, at least temporarily to give the guests some relief, while a more long term solution was sought.

Jim came in and found the issue (which the other company didn’t even attempt to do), fixed it right away, and gave us a good idea of what to do in the future, all for well under $1000–a fraction of what the other company’s solution was.

He’s not only honest but also highly competent! Those are two qualities we’d pay a premium for, but his rates are also incredibly reasonable too! He has our future business for sure!

Jim is absolutely amazing! He is very honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. When he serviced our heater in the early fall, he went above and beyond to thoroughly clean everything. We woke up this morning to 22° temps and our heater not working. He was able to come out same day to diagnose the problem that ended up being a faulty thermostat. He was very fast to replace it, and got our heat going in no time! Not only that, he replaced our filters at no additional charge. Jim is the only person we will call for heating or air conditioning going forward!

When our furnace went out in the middle of the night, Jim responded right away and fixed it promptly and at a fair price. Wirenut and the other companies we asked to repair it refused and said we could only replace it, meanwhile Jim and Redeemed Heating & Air gave it a quick fix that lasted us through the winter. When we decided to replace the furnace and add A/C, their price was unbeatable and did the work in under a day. Thank you Jim!

Jim is by far the most reliable and responsive technician of any kind we’ve worked with. He has responded quickly with expert knowledge to troubleshoot any issue we’ve had. Most recently, he responded after hours when our AC stopped working, came out the next day and discovered the unit was underperforming and failed due to a faulty wire connection from the manufacturer. Not only did he replace the wire but he continued with a full inspection to ensure there weren’t any further issues. So grateful for the honest service Jim and Redeemed Heating and Air provides, cannot recommend enough!
