Best HVAC company in the Springs. They were able to get out to my property in a short amount of time and diagnose the problem quickly. I received quotes from other companies that were way higher. Donny does a great job of explaining the problem and finding the best solution. I never feel like I am being sold on upgrades or useless add-ons.

My hot water heater kicked the bucket right after buying my new home. I was not familiar with any services in the area. Found them Via Google. Donny was super nice and told me the good news and bad news. He explained everything super well and helped me out with what new part I needed. When the new part came in I got a next day installation appointment!

Updated Review: they broke our AC by either overfilling the coolant or using the wrong kind because 2 days later it was fried. Could not contact them so we had to come out of pocket for a brand new unit from a different company due to their negligence. Frustrating to say the least.

Had them out twice to repair our AC unit. Second time out they were great - the repair person was amazing, however, our unit still isn't working. My issue is with their responsiveness - I have called a BUNCH as well as my home warranty company - and no answer, no call back, etc. We WERE going to use this company for an install on an additional unit but with this lack of response, I'm thinking we will probably use a different company. All I'm asking for is a call-back. Thank you! And Donny - KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK!! You were a pleasure to work with and you were FANTASTIC at answering all of our questions!!
